me and my family have lived here awhile and have been happy with our apt....office staff very good at fixing any issues in my apt which have only been a few..maint fixed it quickly...very quiet outside and have not seen are heard of any crime at all....yes this is nice place to live...

We haven't even lived here an entire month and have already had several issues. We moved in right after Thanksgiving and picked these apartments because they are so affordable and they had really good reviews. There are hardly any negative ones and I don't know how. Before we even moved in they gave us the wrong apartment number and set our pincode to get into our front door wrong. We already started sending our mail to our new apartment and had important things coming like my passport that we now are not sure if we will receive or not. They also informed us that we did not have all of the drawers

Called and asked about a one bedroom. Was told by a lady who honesty sounded like I was bothering her (????) it wouldn't be available until Oct 15th to view. They took down my name and whatnot for a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT but then leased the apartment before then. Which I know some people don't mind moving in before seeing a place but still, they couldn't be bothered to call and cancel the walkthrough I had been looking forward to?

i wish they had 3 bedrooms here.....i came bye to check out the property and really like how cozy it is...the office worker almost convinced me to downgrade to a two-bedroom apartment. LOL.. I will recommend this property to any of my friends looking for an apartment in this area thank you

Lived there for 3 years, old manager was great new manager "Ken" is the worst. Will just argue with you and get loud until he tells you to leave and never fixes the issue. We we moved we paid our last portion we owed. Got a letter from collections that we never paid, we'll Del Prado sure did cash our check. Don't ever go to the office for anything no one is ever there, even when they have the sign for the time they will be back at. Don't think about calling and leaving a voicemail they ignore them all. So glad to be out of this complex it has gone down hill since "

The place is cheap and clean, so if this is all you are looking for it's probably ok. Maintenance is usually quick to fix something, but it seems like they never get it right the first (or second or third) time they come. A leaky faucet may take 3-4 vists before it's finally done. Also, upon moveout be sure to take a toothbrush to the baseboards or you will get nickel and dimed for cleanup. I accidently left one of those hospital sponge bath tubs in the shower area when I left and they sent me a picture calling it a litter box(?) and charged $300+ to clean it up. I ended up paying it
