Body Symmetree, is a Pilates studio defined by it's unique ability to assess each clients strengths and weaknesses. We integrate and practice a more holistic approach to health and wellness. Every body is uniquely different therefore; one set or series of exercises is not effective for everybody. Our goal is to provide quality and personalized wellness and healing programs for all ages, lifestyles and fitness levels.
Kim Wexler, the founder of Body Symmetree, believes transformation begins from the inside out through dynamic, conscious movement. Her approach to Pilates is from the perspective of biomechanics and functional anatomy. While many people teach exercise, Kim teaches clients how to move correctly.

Kim customizes different fitness and wellness programs for each of her clients - encouraging them to experience the maximum benefits from Pilates conditioning.

We tailor each individual session to meet your exact needs and goals. Whether your goal is to lose weight, reshape and tone your body or alleviate pain, this assessment will determine what exercises are best suited for you.
Pilates is a total body conditioning method, developed by Joseph Pilates, which emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength. The core muscles are the deep internal muscles of the abdomen and back. When these muscles are balanced, support for the spine is maximized and overall movement becomes more productive.
This is a dynamic workout of leveraged bodyweight exercises using a highly compact performance-training tool called a TRX Suspension Trainer. Every exercise becomes a full body workout, always focusing on the core, with multiple planes of movement. We deliver a fast, effective total body workout with our own program that incorporates functional, safe moves for all fitness levels.

Body Symmetree is a unique Pilates studio. I have taken private Pilates classes for the past 4 years with Kim. She personalizes ever session for each client. I have rheumatoid arthritis and she has helped me increase flexibility, maintain strength and correct my posture. I feel great after each class. Kim is really an amazing instructor & person. You can see how much she loves what she does! Thanks Kim!

Finding Kim has been truly enlightening for me. I've realized that there are so many things I have been getting wrong over the years when practicing pilates. Kim is brilliant at constantly checking my form and making sure that all the correct muscles are being utilized. Kim can always find an alternative way for me to perform an exercise and still get the work if my body just happens to not be able to move or bend the particular way it needs to. I highly recommend Body Symmetree and Kim to anyone looking for a really great work out with an instructor with vast knowledge of the body and its workings
