I worked with Kimberly for 3 years doing one on one Pilates in her studio. There is no one more knowledgeable about the body and tailoring the work outs to meet the needs of each individual client. I have chronic issues with my hips and the work we did together strengthened and stretched my hips taking me to a new comfort level that has lasted to the present. She would have a routine ready to go when I showed up, but if I came in with new issues she would be able to tailor the session to meet my needs on that day. Kimberly is simply the best at what she does!
