Shantih has been a teacher of movement and mindfulness for over 13 years. A major focus of her teaching is that knowledge is power. The more we know about our body, as well as growing our expansion of awareness into its connection to the mind and spirit, the more we may make even the smallest of changes in our daily practices to create a greater sense of health and wellbeing.
Trained through some of the top instructors in the Pilates world, her background also encompasses a deeper education in anatomy and physiology, as well as studies in, and a deep connection to, the subtler energies of our beings, allowing for a truly wholistic approach to every individual. She has extensive experience working with people of all ages and movement abilities.
