Got referred here by a friend at work. Gave them a quick call late in the day and Daniel got me in the next day before their hours even started! The great customer service didn’t stop there as he gave my issue more attention than I could ask for and the bill ended up being half of what I was quoted at a big dealership…. Even after they fixed a problem the dealership caused. Thanks again!

Pretty disappointed. Was referred to this place by a friend. Went in for an air conditioning vacuum and recharge. Spent over two hours waiting for it and $110. Was told they didn’t like the new parts I had bought for it and quoted me almost $800 for their brand and installation. Came back a couple weeks later for more testing. Had my friend install the car parts for me. Called the day before I went back and explained I need a vacuum and recharge again. Spent another two and a half hours waiting only to find out they only tested the power and still was told that they didn’t know what was going

Daniel and staff are amazing! Incredible service, incredible honesty and integrity. My experience with the large dealerships in Lexington has been the opposite.
Daniel has personally inspected my last couple of vehicles and he seemingly has a sixth sense and innate feel for the condition and diagnosis of any automotive problem (or lack thereof).
We’ll never take our vehicles to another service center again. I cannot praise Import Auto Specialists enough.

Import Auto Specialists worked on both of my vehicles in the last two weeks. I can’t say enough about the great quality and service. They provide regular updates and focus on important repairs. They stand by their work. It was my first experience there but it certainly won’t be my last.
