I have been a customer of Kris Collison's for over 20 years. There is a reason for that. Kris and her entire staff are THEEEE BESTTTTT. Kris and her team are ALWAYS there when you need them the most. I just called and spoke with Tammy who came in special today just to be available for clients because of the tragic fires in Boulder. She wanted to be there....even on her day off... just to help in any way possible. She was so reassuring. I was worried and now I am not....all because of Tammy. We have had our homeowners insured increase exponentially over the last year. Our basement flooded recently and State Farm has given us the run around even though we have had a plumber and contractors verify the cause and cost of restoration. Everyone told us that our agent should advocate for us. Unfortunately, this agent told us since the claim was filed there was nothing that could be done from their end. The reason we pay thousands of dollars for insurance is so that if something happens we will be able to fix it. We will never do business with State Farm or this agent again since apparently
