Katelyn at SFIA makes the insurance process easy. She works through a yearly review with me about my insurance needs and looks for any adjustments that should be made. She is also very pleasant and professional. Last year, we decided to switch auto policies. She filled out all the paperwork and sent them to me to sign digitally. The process was easy for me I a knew I was getting the right coverage. I plan to stay with SFIA for a long time.

Your customer service is terrific. Anytime I have called and had to leave a message, my call has always been returned promptly. Anytime I have emailed, my email has been returned promptly. I can always get the information I need when I need it. That's uncommon today.

After years of no claims home coverage from Security First, we were unexpectedly dropped. After calling for an explanation, the findings were that the Security First ran a google check on our address which showed we had a business listed at our home address.

No initial contact was attempted by Security First with us as to what type business was involved or the circumstances involved.

Had Security First really had their loyal paying customers in mind, They would have fact checked to learn we own two automotive engine building facilities away from our home address. One in a totally different state
