The staff is friendly and considerate. Every day is a challenge, but helping people is something you can go home everyday feeling good about. Derek Minor was amazing helping me this afternoon to add my 17-year-old son and another car to our policy. Not only was he courteous and respectful, but he was thorough and diligent in finding me the best rate possible and in a timely manner.
Too often I’m rushing just to get off the phone and these types of calls feel like time has stopped in a place I didn’t want to be, but our conversation…yes, conversation about my needs and wants mixed with a little humor and personality made what I was expecting to be a dry and painful call into an enjoyable and informative experience.
