I initially moved moved to Fort Myers for a job opportunity, and had to make a move rather quickly. The initial Condo I was going to sign a lease for, wasn't, let's say, "As Advertised" to put it nicely. So here I am, in a new town and wondering where I'm going to stay.... All my stuff in storage and I'm in a hotel room. I did some looking and looking and searching before I walked into Iona lakes and was greeted by a lady, Jamie I think. Anyway... when she walked up and smiled, before she even said hello, she had me feeling like this was going to be my new home.

I was new to this area starting a new job and all I had was my little puppy. I felt kind of lost and just when I didn’t think it was going to work, I met Jamie the manager at the leasing office of Iona Lakes Apartments. She completely made me feel comfortable, welcome and turned everything around for me. She made me feel like I can achieve just about anything. It was more than just signing a lease... it was becoming part of a family. I would recommend this place to my closest friends. She and her staff are simply amazing in so many ways. I feel blessed to be a part of the community!!

Spent two days looking at apartments as I am relocating from NJ. They all had the same apartment layout, the same sales pitch and then I came to Iona Lakes and met Ashley. She was a breath of fresh air and so informative. She confidently answered every one of my questions and I knew I had found my home. Thank you Ashley Ball, you truly made all the difference in the world!! Looking forward to moving in.

We are growing our family and have been living in this community for over a year. After expecting a little one we upgraded to a larger apartment and were assisted by Ashley in the office. At the time she was a leasing agent and always in the office, as was I. She really helped me get all the information I needed to make the move as simple and easy as possible. Shortly after we changed apartments, the community transitioned into a new management. Thankfully, Ashley was a familiar face in the office and was promoted to assistant manager! The new team at Iona lakes has been very helpful to my family

I'm glad we got shot down from this apartment. Due to the fact that I got denied which had absolutely everything to do with my credit report being locked. We were told we had the apartment even had us fill out a pet profile and took our money for that as well. A week later they told us we were denied. We immediately applied for another apartment and was told that the fraud block I had with the same company they used was a issue a few phone calls and now we are moving to a better place. Stay very far away from this place and we are thankful we are not moving here.

Moved in a couple of days ago. The process took a bit but it was well worth it. Our leasing agent, Javier, jumped through hoops to get us in. With his help, we were able to move in on time and in the perfect apartment. We have a dog and he got us in an apartment right next to the dog park. He is very personable and will take care of his residents! He was very flexible and work with us. The area has a lot of great shops nearby and is pretty close to the beach. The community is also very quiet and neighbors always say hi

Just moved in a few months ago and I am so happy with the leasing agent that went the extra mile to assist me, Javier and all of the great service since my move by the staff. They really care and it feels like home! My apartment was recently remodeled and updated and the rent is very reasonable for a single woman.
