Goldens Bridge Day Camp was founded in 1927 in a small rural enclave in northern Westchester and is subsidized by the Goldens Bridge Community Association. Our unique facilities - a historic barn, the picturesque Timber Lake, spacious sport facilities, and 17 acres of undeveloped woodlands - help us offer a variety of activities.

We believe camp should provide an opportunity for children of all backgrounds to nurture a sense of respect for one another, and to develop their strengths, knowledge, skills, independence, and creativity. Goldens Bridge Day Camp is a welcoming place to have fun, take full advantage of the outdoors, and make each day a cherished memory!
Services
Rina Slavin has been a director of Goldens Bridge Day Camp for five years. She is a teacher, a longtime resident of the Colony, and her children were campers at GBDC. Rina is thrilled to bring her energy and expertise to our unique camp, and is committed to providing a safe environment where campers can engage in creative and cooperative activities.
We have a Director, Assistant Director, Nursery Director, Waterfront Director / Water Safety Instructor, lifeguards, and a staff of specialists that lead our daily activities. This program functions largely on its own due to the unique needs and young age of the children. They have their own activities, which are usually 30 to 45 minutes in length.

I started going to GBDC in nursery and stayed until I aged out of the camp. My most formative years were spent here; I owe GBDC everything and I would not be who I am today without my 7+ years at this beautiful camp!
