I'm extremely satisfied with Google searches or search with Google or search google.com however you want to phrase it I'm very satisfied but you know so like the location app etc. I'm extremely satisfied with searching in the area of Connecticut and the responses of the apartment option so forth and so on and different places their Management department so I guess you have to say very very satisfied customer. 👍 Good job guys 😊

This apartment has been the best place I have lived so far. In 2017, my mother and I were looking for an apartment in downtown Hartford, CT for me to stay at and Jay Jimenez could not have been more friendly and passionate. He showed us different apartments that were affordable and recommended us the floor plans. Jay is always smiling and passionate about his job. I highly recommend Hartford 21 for people trying to look for apartments and this place is always secured with concierges being in the lobby 24/7. Thank you Jay for everything!

We first met Jay Jimenez (leasing consultant) in 2017, when he led our apartment tour at Hartford 21. Jay was very attentive. He answered every question and addressed any concerns we had about the apartment. Impressed with his extensive knowledge of the property and charismatic personality, we signed the rental agreement that day. He was there for every step of the process, ensuring a smooth transition into our new home. Jay is an invaluable member of the Northland community, and we consider him an extension to our family. We continue to enjoy running into him around the building.

We've lived at these apartments for over 2 years now.
Love the proximity, convenience & luxurious feel the apartments offer.
Jay Jimenez has been extremely helpful from day 1.
Especially today when I had funny & not so funny situation.
I had made an Amazon Fresh order while I was out of town, to be picked up late at night when I arrived.
The delivery person delivered it to the wrong apartment, which the lady of the apartment gladly accepted
On asking the front concierge desk, they gave me the apartment number hesitantly, as the lady in the apartment was a terror to deal with

Honestly, your choices are pretty limited in downtown Hartford. If you prefer high rises, Hartford 21 is definitely your best bet. We had a 15 month lease and truly got to know all of the staff. We enjoyed coming home. We enjoyed our location and it's proximity to things in the area. We had one of the best views in the building, hands down. I'll miss the iconic sunsets. We've used the entertainment room on the 3rd floor for our family events and we're definitely fans of the dog park in the back of the garage, which is an incredible perk living in downtown Hartford. H21 was a terrific experience for us. We never lived in an apartment before and was so impressed with the management and amenities of the place. The concierge staff always polite and personable, maintenance was always quick to respond. These apartments are fantastic layouts, offering in-unit washer and dryer and wonderful views. We recommend Hartford 21 , as the best luxury living in the Hartford area. Don't even second guess !!

Pricey, but if you have the money this is about as good as it gets for apartments in Hartford and even Connecticut. great view of upper level buildings in the downtown that looks great at night. The parking garage is very convenient and walking distance from the XL center. The pictures really speak for themselves, bedrooms are good size, most are two bedroom with two full bath. Building was built around 2006 has central AC and heat, laundry washer drier.
