Our second floor studio is warm and inviting with bamboo floors and abundant sunlight. Since openings our doors in 2009, our intention has remained to offer a peaceful, friendly and non-competitive practice environment for our local community as well as for anyone visiting this beautiful coastal town in Southern Maine.

We feel passionate about sharing the power and potential of this transformative practice as a lifelong journey, and believe that yoga can be practiced and enjoyed by everyone, regardless of age or physical condition. We offer a variety of styles and levels to accommodate a wide range of students from the first time beginner to the experienced and seasoned yogi.
