We lived here for two years after moving to the area. The staff is great and even with COVID restrictions were able to responded to all request timely. The office went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. The amenities are well kept, convenient location, the property is well maintained, and a very pet friendly complex. We enjoyed our time here and were happy to call it home.

Lived here for a year while completing a fellowship at the university hospital. Was charged over a thousand dollars at move out to completely replace the carpet allegedly for stained carpet padding. No response when I explained we don’t have any pet and that perhaps this was related to the toilet leak we had to call multiple times about to have fixed. Rent here with caution, there are plenty of nice places to live in this area.

Lakeside is a solid property. I have lived here for almost a year and recently resigned my lease. The grounds are beautiful and well kept, maintenance is fast and responsive, staff is friendly and helpful. Huge animal community and the people here are super nice. Lots of amenities. I feel safe here and I'm happy to keep calling it home.

We lived at Lakeside for nearly 3 years and were very happy during our stay. The management staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make you as comfortable as possible. The maintenance staff are very efficient, responding to calls quickly. The community is friendly and pets are made very welcome. The grounds are immaculate and make for interesting walks, especially for the pets. We cannot recommend Lakeside highly enough!

We love living in Lakeside!!! Our apartment backs up to Carter Mountain and a lake, so we don’t feel like we live in an apartment at all. They are very dog friendly. The apartments are spacious, and they are quick to assist with maintenance requests. The pool is nice, and the staff are friendly!
The price is reasonable for the square footage, but for the price most apartments do offer granite counter tops and newer gym equipment. Other than that everything is idyllic.

My husband and I love living at Lakeside. This is actually my second experience living at Lakeside, and both eras of living here have been wonderful. We are most impressed by the maintenance crew, both with how quickly our requests are taken care of, and the friendliness and courtesy of the staff! The main office staff is wonderful to work with as well, and you can't beat the location!

I had never lived in an apartment community until coming here almost 2.5 years ago. In that time I have literally fallen in love with Lakeside. The maintenance crew has always been capable and timely. The office staff has had a few turnovers yet continued to be consistently helpful.
Adam, Amanda, Matt and Pam work hard to make this complex feel like "home".
Lakeside residents are treated to a monthly event planned mostly by Amanda. She goes above and beyond in her efforts to make these occasions fun for all who attend.

We lived in Lakeside for 3 years and moved out about a month ago (moved to another state). We rented the 3 bedroom apartment and it was a great place to live. We compared it to other apartment complexes and for the price, you are getting a lot of amenities and space.The apartment was a very good size with plenty of storage (walk-in closets w/ each bedroom, good size pantry and outside storage). There were plenty of parking spots, it was never an issue with us. The property includes playground for the kids, lake, fishing, scenic walking trail, clubhouse, game room, pool, gym and theater. Before move in we were given false information in regards to how we could move to a different apartment if another one became available facing the lake before our move in date. Well, that was false. Read the fine print of the contract. The gal that signed us up is no longer there but still, read the fine print, don't go by what they tell you :)

The hall light was never on in spite of my complaints, which is perhaps why the woman downstairs installed a battery operated motion detector light of her own on the bannister beside her door. Filthy place with barking dogs running loose. "Maintenance" workers always hiding out In the building adjacent to the forest leaning on their brooms and smoking. Loose dogs. Vans full of non-resident fishermen flock to the lake via the already overcrowded parking lot, leaving unsightly trash. Poor sound insulation. Stomping children and pathetic bongo playing neighbor.
