Additional furniture is welcomed and we sincerely hope that all residents are able to create a comfortable abode. However, due to storage constraints, we cannot remove furniture from furnished units. Yes, however, you should be sure to check with your scholarship/loans/grants, etc to make sure you can apply Financial Aid to off-campus housing.

Perfect for partying young adults and brilliant if you love the smell of pot throughout the entire building. Don't expect quiet or rest at this facility. The building is nice, well appointed but really an upscale dorm.

The apartments here are great, with convenient floor plan and definitely one of the best locations in the city. The staff members are courteous, professional and responsible. I would like to recommend it strongly to anyone who is looking for a place to rent in Charlottesville!

Excellent amenities. Love that it's close to Grounds as well as the Corner. I love being able to have my own room and bathroom as well as cable TV

Great place to stay! Convenient location to the UVA corner, the library, and the UVA transit system. No need to worry about parking when they have their own parking garage!

My son chose the GrandMarc for his second year and it has been a terrific decision. The location is close to the Grounds, the Corner, and other conveniences. The facilities and staff are superb.

Wow! Chance! I am a second year who was quite nervous to move into a new environment. Luckily I happened upon a nice young man by the name of Chance at the front desk. He made me feel so welcome. Living in the same building with him is a privilege I treasure.

I recently visited GrandMarc At the Corner for a tour and it was a wonderful experience. I was given a tour by Kendra. She was not only kind and welcoming, but she was also extremely knowledgeable. The location is perfect for students and the units are very cool. I particularly liked the pool area; it was extremely private and let in the perfect amount of sunlight. I was on the fence about the price but based on my experience with Kendra, I feel like I would feel right at home at GrandMarc!
