We are dedicated to helping people change the way life transitions and traumatic experiences impact their lives. We do this through improving the body's automatic response to various life stressors and pairing it with a holistic perspective and approach. Each of us go through times of anxiety, sadness, grief and loss, stress, and life transitions.

Kai has their MA in Psychology and their PhD in Family Social Science, both from the University of Minnesota. They have worked with children and families for over 15 years in clinical, educational, and community settings.
