The Master Cobbler has been honored to provide its professional shoe and handbag repair services to our community for over 30 years from our San Jose location. Customers are welcome to pick up and drop off any of their items at our Campbell shop located at 2231 Winchester Blvd, south of Campbell Ave.
The Master Cobbler is Santa Clara County's premier shoe repair, resoling and reconditioning shop. We offer quick turn around services for many types of boots, shoes, sandals, belts, luggage and footwear that you would like to repair, resole, renew, recondition, or rebuild. Wedding shoes can be dyed to match the entire bridal party which creates a consistent color theme between your flower girl, bridesmaids and ring bearer.
Please remember to cushion your items to prevent movement during shipping. Drop your package off at your preferred shipping carrier. When The Master Cobbler receives your items, we will call to confirm the repair price and process the payment over the phone. We accept major credit cards. Your items will be shipped within 7 to 10 business days of receiving them.

Had my Christian Louboutin heels soles applied to protect from wear and tear from Master Cobbler and it came back beautiful. I really like that this style as it came really close to match with the color as well as given me more grip for walking :) I saw online another style but he said this is best since the other sole protection style has ridges and dirt will get trapped there and would not look good.
I brought back 2 more pairs to get them done!

I haven't gone here, but I was highly impressed with the information I read. As I've moved, I no longer have a cobbler to go to. In my old city, there was one right down the street, and he was fabulous. He did it all, from shoes to purses to luggage. I recently needed a purse strap re-attached, and I had to go all the way back to him because I knew he could fix it. Still, I don't want to make the commute every time I need something fixed, so I went online to search out a new place. I found quite a few, but this place stands out as one of the best. I brought in a pair of shoes for my mom about an hour before they closed. I expected to have to pick them up the next day but the female employee assured me they'd be done before she closed! She did an excellent job and was very friendly. I'm from out of town but I told many people that day where to go to get their shoes repaired.

Ruined my new sneakers. Lost $240 :(
I brought my brand new sneakers there to install a lift. When I got my shoes back I noticed that they did a shoddy job and cut through the top of the sole by accident and the insert is not 8mm as I ordered but 11mm, not to mention yellow glue all over the white sole edges. I had done this kind of job on many shoes and sneakers before and never had this kind of problems. I called them and asked for a full refund. First he was trying to convince me that his shoddy job is totally fine but then he agreed to refund it if I bring my sneakers back to his shop. I wouldn’t
