I found this place accidentally when I was looking for a gobbler and the owner was very kind since it was a holiday. I had a brand new purse that had non adjustable strap the owner was very creative and and found a nice extension for my purses strap. he made the job beautiful new strap that fits me. The guy is very artistic he does some art in woodworking and plane modeling that makes him an excellent craftsman.

Amazing customer service, very professional and friendly.
I took a purse in that needed the strap shortened and he said I could have it the next day which would have been fine, but I had to work the rest of the week and wouldn't be able to return for a week. So he rushed it and I picked it up that evening.

I came to this cobbler based on the reviews. I dropped off my gladiator silver sandals and showed him in some detail that the sole was coming apart from the top of the sandal. I told him that needed to be fixed along with new soles. However after picking them up I notice he only re-glued them and did not put on new soles! For the price I could have applied glue and done what he did for the $25 charge! It just was not worth it.

They do a great job with my mom’s stuff. They fixed broken heels perfectly, and did a great job on her boots. They even fixed a broken clasp on one of her belts so they don’t just stick to shoes! First place we went so I cant compare it to other shoe repair businesses, but I have no reason to change. Good staff and pricing as well.

Diamond Shoe Repair is a place where I can come to resole my shoes or have my leather goods fixed with confidence. The thing about shoes is the longer you wear them, the more comfortable they become and you just don't want to let go of your favorite pair(s). I've come here at least 2 dozen times and George and his brother never let me down on anything. George also entertained me with how he would go about fixing something, or how something is supposed to work, and how it would break. Such small talks are so genuine and friendly which is much needed to maintain the sanity in today

Absolutely satisfied with the service and price. Outstanding on the speed of getting my boot heels replaced and glue repair on the toe area of my boot. George took very good care of my shoes and added a coat of water repellent at no extra cost. Even better, he got the little bits of food particles off my shoe. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better cobbler. Highly recommended!!!

Please avoid this place if you plan to go here and get your non leather shoes cleaned. I took a risk to get my shoes cleaned and the result was horrific. The owner was nice but I was very disappointed with the quality of work they offer here. I brought in a pair of Jordan 11 Columbia. It was fairly dusty due to sitting on the shoes rack for a long time. I asked the guy if he could clean it back to white for me and he nodded and enthusiastically said that he has done a lot of shoes like these and assured me that they will be clean. I was hoping he can clean off the excess dirt and makes the shoes

I came in feel very sad as the handle off my 1996 Louis Vuitton Alma handle ripped. I was referred to George by my friend Michelle who said George was the best, reasonable and really nice. Dropped the bag off on Monday and picked it up Thursday. George was able to reinforce all the leather handles for be VERY reasonable, and even made my zipper zip smoother free of charge. I will definitely be back. Thank you George, I am so happy you were able to save my bag!! :-) :-) :-)

Skilled cobblers are true magicians! Let me tell you about my shoe repair, so I had a baby and my feet decided to just blow up half a size.
My precious Rag and Bone boots that I have kept in amazing shape for years all of a sudden are a complete stranger to me. Did not fit me...no Cinderella. I kept that thing in the closet for the past year and let my friend borrow them...mistake. One of the studs that holds the ankle straps came off somewhere! Feeling awful but completely my fault for letting someone borrow them. I had to figure something out.

I highly recommend this establishment. I was greeted by the owner George, with smile. He was friendly and knowledgeable and quickly quoted me the price of the repair work, I was delighted with the result and it was completed in a timely fashion. The price was reasonable.
This is a man who clearly takes pride in his work and in surroundings. The shop is attractively appointed and well-kept.
George also repairs small appliances and vacuums. You will see these positioned as you enter the shop.

It's nice to see that there are still shoe repair shops left nowadays! I found this place through Yelp and was glad it was near home. I had a pair of booties that was missing the rubber part on the heel. I had bought them and after the first time I wore it, it popped off! George offered to put new ones on both that would be more stable. He was very friendly and honest and very easy to chat with. It was $20 for the new rubber parts, which I thought was a little pricey, given the shoes didn't cost all that much, but for another few years of wear on it, it's worth it! They were ready
