Services
Subleasing does not relieve you of your original lease obligation. The sub-tenant will pay rent directly to Honore Properties but in the event they do not pay rent, you and anyone else on the lease/sublease are still liable. Therefore, Honore Properties will screen tenants extensively for your protection.

I enjoyed an INCREDIBLE renting experience with Honore Properties. I've had many, many landlords over the past ten years and they were easily the best. They bought the Chicago Gold Coast/River North building that I was already living in and seriously saved it from poor management. I am very grateful in particular for Taylor's professionalism, communication, and empathy. I experienced some challenges and she worked with me on behalf of Honore Properties to fix the situation with zero stress. I highly recommend Honore Properties!

My girlfriend and I just moved into an amazing 2 bedroom apartment managed by Honore Properties and we could not be happier with the experience. Scott was very accommodating. He had answers to all our questions and was very accessible throughout the application process. The maintenance team even came in on Thanksgiving before our move-in date to fix our kitchen sink draining slowly and made sure we were 100% satisfied when we walked in the door.
