I love living here! I've been here for two years now. All apartments have maintenance issues, what matters is how there handle it. And they have handled the issues I've had with Expediency, and grace. Whether there's a need for an AC repair, or the on call person coming right over at night to let you in when you lock yourself out, while making you almost good about calling em because of there hospitality (Thanks Jay, your awesome). There's always going to be issues ANYWHERE you live. But my experience here has made me feel at home. Thanks to ALL the maintenance crew, and to all the office staff

I lived here for two years so I certainly enjoyed some of my stay. The location is close to routes to Austin (35 minutes to downtown), close to target, and the price when I moved in was affordable. I also found that the complex was pretty quiet despite being near the highway.
However my criticism includes:
-the pool was often closed (once because of a chlorine shortage), full of trash, and often frequented by large parties of folks from outside the complex
-the equipment in the gym is way outdated
-When I moved out, I sent an email to the assistant manager asking about the steps for move out

This apartment place is not the best they had my car towed after being told I was on the do not tow list. They lied about paying me all of my fees that inconvenienced me the next day which was my moving day. When I gave them all my inconvenience fees they gave me what they wanted and not what was owed to me. So beware of this apartment complex staff they say one thing and do another.

I wouldn't give a star but it made me, so therea a list of things but here's just one, had someone fix a leak in the bathroom 4 different times in 2 months, they said they fixed it but it still leaks. I hope no one applies here save your time and money on another apt cause the pictures on here are old! There is also mold everywhere no joke 🤷🏻‍♂️ also new management is charging ppl for no reason at all.

Highly recommend this place! Great facility and even greater staff! My fiancé and I are getting married in October and have been looking for a place since late February. I went to see the facility and I as helped by Adrian. He went above and beyond to make sure she and I were taken care of as well as he possibly could! Kindest soul I’ve ever dealt with in an apartment office setting! If I could give my experience 50 stars I would, 5 just doesn’t quite seem to be enough.

Great property and even better staff. I went to double check my mailing address and ended up talking to Adrian at the front office for an hour about so many things.
With so many apartment complexes once you move in they hand you the keys and shove you out the door. Here I felt actually welcomed, which was a nice change of pace.
You are close to Target, Walmart, and HEB. Which makes staying away from fast food so easy.

I lived here for a year and this was my first apartment. The office staff is very nice and helpful. I’ve never had an issue with the office staff at all. I only had to call maintenance once for an AC issue, but other than that everything was good! I really liked the location of the apartments and would consider moving back to them again if I ever need to get an apartment in Round Rock.

My husband and I lived at Madison at Dell Ranch for about two years. If it weren’t for having jobs in Austin and a bad commute, we’d probably still live there.
Were there minor inconveniences. Sure, but isn’t that to be expected when choosing apartment living?
Other than that, this place was great! Andrea was THE best! She is super helpful and always kind. I really did appreciate her.
Maintenance took care of issues pretty fast.
I really can’t remember anything too negative and worth mentioning about living here.
