Dr. Iman started practicing optometry 24 years ago after she graduated from the Illinois College of Optometry in 1990. She is licensed to practice optometry in two states and has worked in many areas of Optometry. She specializes in hard to fit contact lens patients and dry eye and takes time with every patient who enters her office.

Called for an eye exam and Mr. Jamshid kindly put me on the next day appointment. The office staff are very nice and helpful. Dr. Iman was thorough and careful with my eye exam. She corrected my reading glasses prescription and literally saved me from constant headaches. I liked how practical she was when asked me to try the sample glasses in the office and read the computer screen before putting an order. Thank you!

I was down to my last pair of contacts and was unhappy with my experience at America's Best. With Dr. Oman's flexible hours, I was easily able to make a *same day* appointment.
I was so happy with their service. It is a small, family business and their service is unparalleled. They are all so friendly, attentive, and kind. Dr. Iman saw me three times before I bought my contacts, giving me three different samples to ensure I bought the correct ones.
I plan to buy a pair of glasses with them, next. Again, they were wonderful. Definitely recommend!

Location: it's right between annandale and Fairfax. Around the giant/kingspark library
Hours: Saturday hours are great. Open until 4 pm
Service: I came there to get my glasses adjusted, ones I purchased online. The person who helped me out was cordial and courteous. She got it done quickly and efficiently. when I tried paying she told me it was free of charge. A pleasant surprise to an otherwise to the rough week I've been having.
I'll come back here for sure to do get my eye exam done.

Always a good experience for everyone in the family - including children. Such a caring and skilled professional. Patients are treated very respectfully and truly listened to. Excellent people/customer service skills in addition to medical knowledge. No sales pressure to buy anything you do not already want.

I can't believe its taken me so long to write a review for this outstanding Optometrist and location for selecting glasses.
Though the past five years I have not see Dr. Iman as a patient due to insurance changes, I still keep tabs on the practice. Before my insurance change, I had visited Dr. Iman in her Twinbrooke shopping center location for 10 years. Now she has moved just up the road from her previous location and is now close to Kings Park Shopping Center.
Today I visited Dr. Iman's practice to choose new frames and lenses for a new pair of prescription Progressive glasses.

I have a very difficult prescription, and visited many optomitrists in the Fairfax area who could not get it right. Dr. Iman has been able to perfectly diagnose my eyeglass prescription now going on 10 years. I have also been very impressed with her investment in NEW state of the art equipment. Combine that with her determination to do a thorough examination, and you cannot find a better OD to go to. Highly recommend her!

The screw in my glasses fell out and disappeared. I went here for a repair and received excellent help. My glasses were fixed and far cleaner than they had been in weeks in about 5 minutes. To top it off, there was no charge. I will definitely think about using this optometrist the next time I need a pair of glasses.

So my son broke his glasses for the 3rd time this year and instead of going to the regular place his mom takes him to, I decided to go local. First called and spoke to a very kind lady by the name of Jimmie. I explained to her what had happened to my sons glasses and she said that she could maybe save the glasses but would need to see them first. So my son and I drove to the office. I was greeted like I was a regular by Jimmie. She asked to see my sons glasses. She then took it to the back room. While we waited my son and I browsed around and looked around the store. 5 mins later she came back
