I have even worked in a bakery where they used cake mixes as well. Boxed cake mix is great if you are making it at home for yourself or for friends and family.
However, I do not find it adequate enough for what I do. When you order from me, you are receiving a cake made from scratch from start to finish. I seek out high quality ingredients for my cakes. It may add a little to the base cost, but I am proud to serve these creations! I use unbleached flour, butter and buttermilk made without the rBST growth hormones, and organic jams and preserves for fillings.

How this all came about. Growing up, my mother always made really fun cakes for me and my older brother. They were absolutely fabulous and I loved helping her in any way I could. She was always kind, patient, and lighthearted. I know that she is the reason my siblings and I have all this creativity inside of us!
Cake pricing is based on serving size and design. Toppers, 3D figures, large range of colors, tiered cakes, and carved cakes will increase price. Quotes may vary as the design evolves during discussions. Delivery and stand rentals are available for an additional fee based on location and quantity. Beautiful, delicious cakes!
She was so easy to work with for the cake design. The variety of flavors and filling is much appreciated. The end result was exactly what I was looking for. The detail fondant… cutout of the hs mascot symbol was the finishing touch. Our party guests commented on the perfection of the cake and then raved about how delicious it was. Highly, highly recommend!

Nicole is very responsive, flexible, and an AMAZING baker. We used her for our wedding desserts - two tier cake, cupcakes, cake pops, and sugar cookies and ALL were fantastic. Our guests raved about the filled cupcakes and the cake pops and the designs were SO cute and spot on with what we were hoping for!

Nicole just made our wedding cake and it was absolutely beautiful and delicious! We got spice cake with cinnamon filling and it was amazing, perfect for an early fall wedding. So many of our wedding guests… commented on how tasty the cake was. We had provided Nicole with an inspiration picture and she absolutely nailed it. GREAT prices too!

Nikki is simply awesome! Her work is outstanding and we couldn’t have been happier with our naked wedding cake and cupcakes. We had a fall wedding and chose a three tiered naked spice cake with cinnamon… buttercream icing along with a couple dozen red velvet cupcakes. We sent her a picture of the look we wanted for the cake and she made that cake look mediocre compared to what she made. She even decorated it for us with our own dried flowers we left out for her during her delivery. She arrived on time and was super flexible with delivery times. My husband showed her the dessert table
