Was referred by my boss who had natural beautifully done silk lashes. I made an appointment and took a chance. Best decision ever! The staff went above and beyond following covid guidelines to ensure my safety. But can we talk about my lashes?!? Took about an hour and a half but they look fabulous! I don't usually write reviews but I had to take the time to write this one. I've been going to Lovely Lash for 3 years now. I just want to commend Lydia for such an amazing job once again. Her lash work is PERFECT every-time! She's very professional , super sweet and her hands are very gentle on the eyes. I absolutely LOVE my lashes!!! I def recommend this place to everyone. I didn't like the way the lady at the front desk treated me. I arrived early and she told me to wait outside in the hallway. The she came back with hand sanitizer which she had me use and told me to use a mask she gave me though I already had one on. I she made me feel as if I was contaminated. I indicated that I was completely vaccinated but that didn't matter. In addition, I had a Groupon in my phone and she wanted to see identification. I have used Groupons in the past and have never been asked to showID. I have been to other lash establishments in the area like Bling and SOHO. I

I tried Amazing Lash Studio at one point and I found them to be overpriced, misleading, and the lashes fell out within a week so I went right back to Lovely Lash. I HIGHLY recommend.

For the past 2 years, Lovely Lash has been my go to lash salon on Long Island. Unfortunately due to the pandemic, I've been really hesitant to get my lashes done because the process is really up close and personal. When I called the salon to learn more about their COVID-19 safety protocols, I was so thrilled to hear all the precautions they are doing to protect clients!! I purchased their Goupon right before Covid hit and I kept in touch with the establishment waiting for them to open back up. Then when they opened back up they told me they weren’t accepting new customers so I waited again. Now they are accepting new customers and told me that they aren’t going to accept my Groupon! This place is unprofessional and doesn’t accommodate their customers due to Covid! I will never go here! They care more about money rather than keeping a customer! Bad business!

I have been a client of Lovely Lash for a little less than a year now and they have been consistently amazing. I recently cheated with a different lash salons since I was desperate after COVID and as soon as I left the other salons, I knew I had made a huge mistake. I texted lovely lash immediately to see if they would remove the other set (horribly done by the other salons) and put a whole new set on.
They fit me in, VERY gently removed the other set of lashes and meticulously put on my new set. I had Lydia that day, but normally see Kate. Both are AMAZING!!! Seriously, I will never go anywhere

I have been a loyal customer for years. Today, I came in for my first appointment post-COVID. After taking my temperature at the door, the owner instructed me to put on masks they were giving out instead of my own. Fine. But then the girl tried to pinch the mask extremely tightly around my nose (leaving red marks) and tape it down. I politely explained that I had had a recent dental cleaning so my sinuses and gums were still swollen, making it difficult to breathe if they TAPED THE MASK TO MY FACE. I recently went there to have my eyelashes done. I asked for them to give me the cute style and they gave me sexy instead. 2 very different styles. The owner who was very curt, looked almost offended when I told her they did my eyelashes wrong and tried to convince me I was wrong. I've tried all the big lash extension locations in NYC and Lovely Lash is without a doubt my favorite place. Their location is very clean and peaceful. I come here consistently and love the results! I see Emily and she does an amazing job! I got my lashes done previously in NYC and they fell off immediately. I found a groupon for this location and also got a recommendation from my co-workers. This place is great, you can txt to make an appt and the results are so good. I always get compliments on my lashes every where I go. You can also get a punch card if you go here consistently to get a discount after 5 visits. I would highly recommend coming here it’s a hidden gem in great neck. It’s perfect for anyone in Long Island, Queens, or Brooklyn

No problems. Nice greeting. Pretty much a clean facility. One flight walk up. Not a problem, but you should know incase it's a problem for you. Before my service my technician sat with me and gave me some options. I appreciated that. I wish that my technician had washed her hands and put on a face mask before I asked her to. But the experience was pleasant and my result beautiful. I'm only four hours past application, let's see how they hold up over the next 2 weeks.

I've been to lovely lash two times. I couldn't believe HOW LONG these lashes stayed on. I am always super careful when I have my lashes done, and I do things like wear goggles in the shower and usually don't even get them done in the summer because I swim so much it seems like a waste. But these lashes stayed on for a solid eight weeks. It was amazing. I didn't even shed a single lash until maybe the third week it seemed. Everyone's nice there, but they do get booked up and have a tight schedule, so don't expect last-minute appointments or understanding if you cancel

Just wanted lash extensions to look sexy for my man. Not only is my eye still bright red but after seeing a doctor I was told that the actual eyeball was scratched & highly irritated and that I wouldn't be allowed to wear contacts for 2 weeks. Nothing says sexy like a swollen red eye and glasses.

I really did not know what to expect because I purchased my package on Groupon, and I was apprehensive because I have had a really bad experience with eye lashes. But boy I was pleasantly surprised.
It was a great experience. Everyone there was lovely. They took their time and they did an awesome job. I will definitely be returning. My lashes look natural and beautiful. Exceeded my expectations.

Just got back from getting my lashes done and had such a great experience! Prior to today I have only gotten my lashes done in Korea because I know what I'm getting myself into and it's also ridiculously cheap so why not pamper yourself!
I originally booked an appointment for this past Saturday but had to cancel and reschedule because I had sudden plans arise I couldn't get out of and the girl who answered the phone was super accommodating and nice. I rescheduled for today and having it been a while since I got my lashes done I was a little nervous.

Ehhh...from the moment I booked my appointment I knew I'd get them done that one time and never again. I called to schedule and from start, the girl that answered seemed to have an attitude when I mentioned the Groupon. I don't get it. If they don't like Groupon customers then why offer it?
