Services
The entire process takes about one hours and is fairly simple. First, you will lie down and the specialist will apply a small piece of surgical tape to gently protect and constrain your lower lashes. Next, we will apply synthetic fiber lashes to your natural lash by dipping them one-by-one into a non-irritating bonding agent.
We recommend using cream or gel cleansers to remove make-up and washing your face with water-based products. Please do not use oil based cleansers. Because oil based cleansers dissolve the bonding agent and shorten the life or your eyelash extensions causing them to fall sooner. Drying your eyelash extensions with cold air prolongs the term of the eyelash extension.

Unprofessional. I was told last minuted that my original technician would not be available. The new tech burned my lash line with the lash glue. 90% of my lashes came off shortly, and I communicated to them. At first, they told me I had to fully pay to fix them. With further discussion, I came in unknowing that they would force me to tip the lash tech that messed up my original lashes. Would not recommend.

I’ve been going to Soho Lashes for close to a year and have loved their service every single time. But, they recently switched out all the original eyelash technicians and I got a chemical burn in my eye during the appointment. I woke up the next two days with extreme redness and soreness in my eye. I contacted them and they told me my “eye might’ve been more sensitive” the day of the appointment which is an unacceptable answer for a mistake they made that could’ve caused serious damage.

I started coming to SoHo Lashes back in 2016. I was with Ella (loved her!) until she left and then I was with Julie (also loved her!) until we both moved out of the area in 2019. Recently, I started flying back to NY again and on two occasions, have gone back to SoHo for my lashes. Since Kate was the only tech that I knew from back in the days, I asked for her but she was booked up both times so I had Jaime (she did a great job). This third time when I called, I was offered 2 appt times for Kate, Wed 3:15 or 4:45. I opted for the 4:45 since I was worried my flight would be delayed

I started off with the classic lashes but recently they recommended me to the 4D volume lashes and I LOVE IT!!!!😍😍😍 I get the C curl with the sexy shape and I never have to put on makeup again! I totally recommend Jamie. She’s my go to technician❤️ Here is a video of my lashes freshly done.

This place it’s amazing!! I love my lashes! I work for a bank so I can’t have this huge looking lashes that've seen in some females, I explained this to my lash technician and she examined my eye type, and gave my an explanation and recommendations and let me choose what I liked.
My lash technician was so patient, nice and gentle!!!

I purchased a Groupon today for two keratin lash lifts and they managed to get me in for an appointment today as well! Kate was the woman who did my lashes and she did an amazing job! I have gone to several places and they did not lift at all. She knew exactly what she was doing and my lashes look beautiful. This will be my go to place from now on!

This is one of the best eyelash places I have ever been to. It is sanitary and the technicians are meticulous about the work they do. They use medical grade glue so my eyes are never irritated. They also provide you with after care to maintain your Lashes clean. I always get compliments and my lashes look very natural. Hailey is an artist. She is able to match your face to the appropriate type of lash for your individual eyes. The staff are very pleasant and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. I’ve gotten my eyelashes done at SOHO lashes more than once. Each time is better than the last and I’m always extremely satisfied with all of their services. The facility is immaculate, quiet and peaceful and the technicians work always impresses me. I look forward to going back for my next appointment which is already booked.

Absolutely adore this place! Kate was the one who did my lashes - she's very professional, patient, kind, and super careful. The place is so relaxing (I slept and didn't feel a thing). Having long eyelashes I hesitated getting extensions but I am so glad that I did! Soho
Lash is professional the minute you open the door. They are punctual, friendly and very adept at what they do. I am actually going back to have my first “fill” and they still look great after 2 weeks! This is the only place I would ever go to for extensions!!

Was a customer here for almost 2 years with only positive experiences. Most recently however, my technician used the incorrect length & type of lashes on me, rendering the $160 I spent essentially worthless, as the lashes they added were barely longer than my natural lashes. After calling & attempting to address the issue I was told I was wrong & nothing could be done. Will no longer be coming here or recommending them unfortunately.

I live in Brooklyn, but as you can see from Julie's reviews and work, the trip to Great Neck is well worth it. The first time I saw Julie, per recommendation from a friend, left me totally addicted! I have been back twice now and her work is always flawless. She takes her time making sure your lashes are perfect and genuinely cares that you are happy with the results.
The space Julie creates for installing your lashes is calming and quiet. That combined with Julie's gentle hand had me drifting off to sleep while she did my lashes.

Having this be my 2nd experience with eyelash extensions, I sort of had an idea this time of what I wanted so I was excited to try a new place. Overall pleased with the environment (small, but very cozy & peaceful), but EXTREMELY disappointed with how rude the man at the front desk was. My technician was super friendly and overall it wasn't what I had asked for but I was still pleased with how it came out.
As I was leaving, the front desk gave me a tip envelope with the different percentages to tip. They suggested I gave $19, but I wanted to gave $10 because that is what I felt I should

After months of debating, I finally decided to go through with the plan of getting eyelash extensions. I've been looking all over Yelp and Google and I eventually came across Soho Lashes, and yes, I was a bit skeptical...especially because I've experienced poor quality of eyelashes.
I made an appointment the day of, and the receptionist was nice enough to get me an appointment for 4:45PM. The moment I walked into Soho Lashes, everything was so soothing and relaxing, and most importantly, the employees were very friendly.

Service was great and the deal was worthwhile. The girls sat down with me and showed me the different curls (J style or C style) and styles (sexy, drama and pretty? I think). I went with J style and the sexy (I believe) which was the more cat eye style.
The room is very small and there are two beds in one room. Not a lot of privacy but it didn't bother me. My girl was super sweet and took her time. Overall, I loved it.
Knocked off one star because the lashes did fall off rather quickly. I didn't expect a full two week wear but I was bummed it starting falling
