As someone who travels often, it is hard to maintain a regular fitness schedule. Sandie was kind enough to fit me in with her regulars and work with me, even knowing I would not become a full time client as a local. She was warm, talented, and comes highly recommended from this person, who gets to “sample” a lot of fitness options all over the country. If I WAS a local, I’d be here all the time! Thanks again for your kindness Sandie! 🙏

The name says it all. The amazing body we all have needs attention to run properly in its maximum potential. Here at Personal Touch Pilates owner/instructor Sandie Hendrix looks at each person in that way. I myself was injured and went through physical Therapy for a shorter than expected time with Sandie. Pilates was next with me saying "I'll never do that" 3 times a week I'm stronger fit happier.... so if you're new experienced this is the right place. It's healthy uplifting and so much fun.

Sandie has saved my life. I have had severe back pain to the point of not being able to do simple things such as walk. I was on pain medicine 3x a day just to function. I was close to being destine to a wheel chair and I decided to go find a personal trainer. This is how I found Sandie. Her knowledge of physical rehab and pilates has put me back on my own feet, walking, house cleaning, and enjoying life. Thank you for everything!
If you are considering pilates, give Sandie a try. Give her 10 sessions and you will be so happy you did.
