We are new tenants in the complex and they have amazing staff and property. they are quick to respond to tenant request for assistance.
the ground are kept clean and pretty quiet at all hours. easy access to nearby amenities including LSUS , walmart , youree drive restraunts and

It’s so sad because I’ve lived here for several years and I’ve just seen the quality and the service of this place seriously decline. Anytime I send in an order for something to be fixed, it takes a week if not more for anything to be done. My air filters never get changed and if I ask for them to be changed, again it takes FOREVER for this one thing to be done. I have a dog and I get told I’m supposed to kennel him when the maintenance comes in, I accommodate them for that day, but nothing gets done! Im not going to keep my dog in his kennel while I’m out if I don’t need to, I don’t

The property is community like. .Office staff member Candee is amazing she should be the face of the property. Candee escorted me threw the entire process like a son. Any and every question or concern I had she was there literally a phone call away to this day, a listening ear and a new friend of mine at the new place I call home.

The most awful apartments I’ve ever lived in. The staff is literally non existent. I didn’t have hot water for the whole year a lived there and the AC and heat worked when it wanted to. My lock broke as well and when I tracked down a worker I was told that he would, “Get it fixed in a week or so.” Shortly after I moved in the office workers quit. I would file complaints about things breaking and it would take months to get a response. Not only that but when I told them I wanted to move out at the end of my lease I was met with a severe attitude. I received my deposit a couple days ago and
