Recently I've been searching for a new apartment home and found this lovely complex. At the end of a cul de sac these 24 non-smoking units are almost perfect. Although I can't move in (yet) because of family considerations (stairs), I know that this is where I eventually want to reside. The friendly and informative greeting by Andrea, the manager (who also lives onsite, another plus). She spent several appointments with me in order to see the premises, different apartment options, and the upgrades that they are doing as they remodel. Thank you Andrea and Bella La Costa. Lived here for 2 years, it's a great place tucked in at the end of a cul de sac with ample, ample, ample parking - an assigned carport spot, a two car garage, and parking on the street is never a problem.
Now they did recently change ownership, but the new owners seem even better than the old ones - the rent actually went down, they're quick and eager to please, and when I did move out, there were no hassles at all with security deposits, walk-throughs, any of the stuff that's always scary with other owners.
