I've been extremely satisfied with the maintenance services provided by MHM. Usually, Chris came by to fix issues and he was always kindly explaining how he would handle the problem and often followed up with me. He is also very responsive. So far living in MHM property, I haven't had any uncomfortable issues regarding anything not getting fixed on time.

I have lived with MHM for nearly a year now and I have had a good experience with them.
The location is very competitively priced for a single person apartment close to campus.
Issues that I have had in terms of maintenance and such were often resolved the same day, and smaller things like replacing old furniture has often been handled with in a week.
I have mainly interacted with Chris from maintenance and Kevin from the office, and both have been very helpful, responsive, and kind. In my experience they have gone above and beyond to make living here enjoyable and I am very happy with my interactions

I had a great experience living at one of their properties and parked with them for a year. Maintenance always came in less than 24 hours. The only downside was having a lot taken out in our security deposit when we left the apartment cleaner than we received it & spotty internet connection. Overall though they do not take advantage of college students like other companies on campus. They were very responsive and I have recommended them to many friends on campus. MHM is a place that truly care about their tenants. They constantly provide their tenants extraordinary experiences exceeding their expectations. For example, they have a lot of collaborations with local cuisines, granting their tenants discount on each purchase. They know most tenants personally and do special things during holidays and birthdays. I believe it is things like these that makes MHM a lovely community, not just apartments.

I greatly enjoy living here at MHM! The staff are always helpful, and whenever I make a maintenance request, the problem is always fixed in a timely manner. Other apartment buildings may have nice amenities, but the staff may not care about the tenants. MHM has both nice amenities and a caring staff, and for that, I am so happy that I signed with them!

I had a wonderful conversation with Kevin from MHM Properties. Talking to him about some of my issues and concerns really made me feel better. I wish I’d done it sooner. He’s a reasonable and very respectable person. I’ve never had a landlord that cared so much about a tenant’s satisfaction. I will definitely reconsider staying with MHM properties, again-just because of my conversation with Kevin. He will listen to your problems and address them accordingly, in a timely fashion/manner.

Lived at JSM, U-Group, and Green St. Realty to name a few. In general, always a good idea to inspect apartment issues and take pictures as a record. MHM topped my experiences so far. Immediate, same-day response to request about ceiling tiles and kitchen mildew/mold smell. Within days, Chris replaced/cleaned these, caulked around sink, ran an ozone generator and installed an i-wave air purifier. Blown away by direct service and followup emails. Grateful that Chris told me the history of the unit and went beyond with additional service like wood polishing, tips and answers to questions.

All of these other 1 star reviews are spot on, if only for the fact that you can't give 0 stars. I graduated several years ago and meant to post something about how terrible this property manager is, but it got lost in the shuffle of graduation and moving to a new city. Fast forward 6 years - I am cleaning out old documents on my computer before I transfer to a new one and I came across my correspondence with Kevin Roberts at MHM and it made me angry all over again, even years after the fact.

The MHM properties guy is the most undiplomatic individual I have ever met. I have lived in an MHM property for an entire year and when you fill out the form for damages they promise to send a technician and they never do, then they take your entire security deposit. Secondly, he promises to be flexible and gives you terms for your apartment that he at a later date will conveniently "forget happened" and then charge you money for your apartment complex that you have already paid for. He tells you the conversation is "over in a minute" and refuses to continue negotiating when

Actually I do not even want to give one start for this place. So rude , my apartment got flooded so badly and they just put some heater to dry the carpet as it is the carpet was so old and the apartment is so overpriced and maintained so poorly. please do yourself a favour and look somewhere else. Such a bad place and such bad management . Have lived in apartment in so many states and they are the worst.

Beware. These apartments are too pricey for what they offer. You could find better places with better amenities at a lower price.
The web site could have been better off handed to a Junior High student for development; they could have done a better job with navigation, content management and self-service features.
We were in a rush to pay the rent online and the password recovery wasn't working. We had the misfortune of communicating with someone who claimed himself the General Manager; he said he was Kevin somebody; it was such an exasperating conversation that I did not have the patience

Apartment was tiny. Horrible heating system. overpriced, and to top it off, he rented out the apartment without even informing us that he would do it. What happened? I have to find a new apartment with little notice. He wouldn't give any reason as to why he rented out the apartment without giving us the opportunity to renew the lease. Shady landlord. Don't do it.
