So this is my first time moving and I was moving from out of state. Jason was SUPER helpful answering all my questions and believe me there were a lot! He was even responding to my answers a month before move in when I was still living in New York. By the time of move in (about two weeks ago) I met Jason at the office. He went over everything that I needed to know and again said to contact him with ANYTHING or any questions I had. Two days after move in, he reached out to make sure everything went well. I lived at The Carrington for 3 years and the management Debbie and Carolina, Staff Jason and the maintenance team are AMAZING!!! They are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, attentive. Great service, management and staff. If I need to go back to Clermont to live I will definitely choose The Carrington at Four Corners again. The best place to live!!! Carrington at Four Corners, and the management is AMAZING!!! We had a 7-month lease there and had it not been for the need to move to a larger space, with a balcony, we would have loved to stay longer. The entire office staff was so wonderful, kind, and helpful... from the moment we applied until the day we left. They were compassionate and I can't recommend them enough! I have only lived here for a week now but everything has been going fairly smoothly. Jason from the leasing office is the most helpful leasing agent I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He made the application process a breeze and continues to check in after moving in to make sure everything is going well and that you are satisfied with the apartment. The apartment itself is beautiful. We haven't had any issues with neighbors. The only problems we have ran into was our master tub not draining correctly, to which maintenance came out right away to fix it. And we were given an eviction notice

I have recently been living here for around 2 years now. My stay with the carrington family has been tremendous with all love and support from the workers and front office. This was my first experience leasing an apartment and I am happy to say I am pleased with my new home at Carrington Four Corners. I was greeted by one of their leasing consultants, Carolina Bryan. She was a great host, she explained to me the ins and outs of the complex step by step and was amazingly friendly. She walked us out through my new apartment, welcomed me to my new community complex and made me feel comfortable right off the gate. Thank you Carolina, you couldn’t had made my first experience any better!! I recommend anyone thinking of leasing at this community complex to ask for Carolina

I went to the complex to see the facilities and units available. My sister lives there and she has given me good references. When I went, everyone was busy, a Spanish guy came and introduced himself as the Service Team Manager, he was very attentive, he even gave me something to drink while I expected to be attended, he told me "make your self at home". I mentioned it to my sister and she told me that the service team are efficient. When she puts services request, the service manager himself take care of the situation if needed and do follow ups in a timely matter to make sure she is satisfied

I lived here for a few years and had a pleasant experience.
Nicole at the front desk is very knowledgeable and kind.
Every maintenance request we put in was dealt with in a reasonable time frame.
The apartment was well maintained and nice for the price.
The location is a bit inconvenient for many Orlando attractions but is decently close to Disney and many amenities in the 4 corners area.

Move in day is today! Although I don’t have experience living here yet, my five stars go to Carolina! She has been incredibly helpful and amazing! If you are looking to live here, reach out to this wonderful leasing consultant!
Update: A few days in and I had the pleasure of meeting more incredible staff- Marco and Bernardo! They are amazing members of the maintenance team that are very friendly and polite!
