We know how much it took for your student to get to college. We want to make the next step of finding a place for them to live as easy and seamless as possible. Below are some answers to questions you may have. Any additional questions can be answered by one of our staff members at the leasing office.
Love the neighborhood. Staff has been really helpful and kind. Table rock is affordable as well as close to campus where I can get to and from with no problem. I like Table Rock, it's not only a good community but it's flexible. I come and go with my business and there's no complaint about how early or late I have to go or come.

I moved into tablerock in August and so far I’ve been fairly happy with my experience. They recently redid the flooring to get rid of the carpet in favor of vinyl flooring which I’m super glad they did. The front office staff are absolutely delightful to work with, and Kenzie often checks in with us to make sure our maintenance requests are being fulfilled. They are both very nice, and patient when explaining things to me (as this is the first apartment I’ve lived in that wasn’t student housing or the dorms). I would give five stars but unfortunately due to being short staffed my maintenance

You get what you pay for. It’s the cheapest and most affordable apartment in flagstaff that’s about the only benefit. The appliances are outdated, the oven still works but heats unevenly. As well as we moved into an apartment with a broken window and it didn’t get fixed until 5 months later. I’ve formed in the windows and made the room freezing cold so it cost a fortune to heat the place enough to make that room live able. We emailed Sarah (the property manager) seeing if we could get some compensation for this but she said that the ply wood, poorly applied, was sufficient enough insulation

Overall a nice apartment, very spacious and close to campus! The only thing is the saftey of the complex itself. It’s very dark when I need to walk back to my apartment after parking very far away and I feel very unsafe when I do so especially because we are so close to the circle k. More light coverage would be nice and a security guard to patrol the area at night. Other than that great apartment!

We have lived here for about a month and really enjoy it. The apartments are spacious and feel nice and welcoming with a bit of decorating. There are some minor wear and tear issues but nothing too major. Staff and maintenance have been very helpful whenever we need anything. Good place for a great price:)
