I've trained in martial arts since I was 8 for self defense. Life started to get busy after high school and haven't had time to get back into it till October of 2020. That's when I meet sifu Swift. His class in very engaging and teach practical skills with traditional ones. He not only teaches you how to defend yourself, but also how each movement is used. Also learning it's philosophy through many books, which relates to Wing Chun. But never get a chance to learn from actual Wing Chun teacher. Finally, we have a Wing Chun school in Minnesota. It's a legit School and Instructor. I learn many variety arts from different Martial Art Schools, but couldn't find what I want. This is a rarely chance to have a Wing Chun school in Minnesota. Sifu Steve Lee Swift is actual student from Ip Man 2 son & 2 student. He's also teaches straight forward applications

Upon meeting Mastor/Sifu Swift, he was polite & greet us very nicely. Getting to know Sifu Swift, he's very Gifted, knowledgeable & highly experience in the field of Material Arts (Wing Chun). His class teach real life situations self defense & I've learned many techniques just by watching Sifu Swift. If you want your kids to learn & really know self defense, I HIGHLY recommend non other then Sifu Swift & his team of instructors. 6 years ago, I had the opportunity to learn Wing Chun in Foshan, China for a couple of months. Since then I fell in love with the Art of Wing Chun and had been teaching myself based on what was taught to me and whatever books I could get a hold on to that was related to Wing Chun and Martial Arts.
Now-a-days everyone likes to call themselves a Martial Arts master and self-proclaim themselves to be grand masters and teachers. Sifu Swift is an award winning Grandmaster and has been teaching Wing Chun for nearly 50 years. This is his school. Not a school licensed to use his name or title, but his personal school and he teaches every class. The experience you get from working with someone with that much experience is unparalleled. His teaching style is more geared towards useful street self defense than practicing moves over and over again that aren't going to be effective. I've been taking 3-5 lessons a week here for the last 4 months and have also been taking weekly private lessons. I've not taken any martial arts classes

We are fortunate to have Grandmaster Steve Lee Swift instructing Wing Chun Kung Fu in the area. Great place, I’ve been attending classes for close to 6 months. I’ve definitely learned more from Sifu Swift than other places I’ve attended. It’s a rare opportunity to train with him. It’s a really great atmosphere with kind people and with classes 6 days a week it’s easy to find a time that works for you. Sifu Swift teaches the entire Wing Chun system and doesn’t mix any arts. If you like the Ip Man movies, you’d definitely like training here.

I have been taking instruction from Grandmaster Steve Lee Swift since 2010. This is an amazing Martial Arts academy and Grandmaster Swift is an amazing teacher. I have no idea where the one or two negative reviews came from. Honestly, I know everyone who trains with Grandmaster Swift and I have never seen any of these people. I have no idea who… they are. If you want to learn Wing Chun from one of the few people in the U.S. who knows the entire system as taught by the Ip Man family then train with us in sunny Florida. You could go all the way to Hong Kong. I hear Hong Kong is nice but it

Amazing school and Sifu. And very reasonably priced. Expect nothing less than the best from Grandmaster Swift. Such an amazing teacher. His knowledge and skill in Wing Chun is unparalleled. After about 4 months of private lessons a student was able to pick apart black belts from more commercialized styles such as taekwondo or karate. Correct me if… I am wrong Sifu. Another student (small female) getting harassed by a guy at a gas station dropped him in 3 moves before he knew what hit him and dropped him like a sack of potatoes. So if you truly want to practice a martial art that will ACTUALLY

Hour for hour NOBODY has that kind of time invested in this Art. He studied under the very best and did what… few others have achieved, he knows the WHOLE art not just the parts (1) teacher may have learned from Ip Man....
