BAD BUSINESS Non caring organization!
Horrible exclusion of couple of senior citizens that do not meet their “income requirements”
My Father 79 years old, is bellow their income requirement but even though me, the son can co-sign and become responsible for payment, they will not accept it. They in effect discriminate people because of their income level disregarding that I do make enough as to more than guarantee rent payment.
How they treat senior…. Says a lot about them!!!

Apartments are affordable and spacious. Grounds and premises are well maintained. Any work orders I’ve put in at my apartment have been handled in less than 24 hours which I’ve never experienced before. Each month they have either some sort of special gathering for the residents and have different food trucks come in. Covid put a damper on it for a little bit which is expected but they still make the effort to do something special for residents. Alicia the Community Manager is the best I’ve ever encountered. Outstanding management. Alicia and Alicia are a great team to work with. The rental lease process was painless to deal with. Also, the maintenance staff is outstanding, they replaced outdated toilets in under 24 hours! Grounds are beautiful and the area is really peaceful and serene. I highly recommend the Harbor Apartments.

I really appreciated the apartment community. I stayed 9 months as I transitioned from a house and then moved out of state. I was sad to leave as the grounds are beautiful. For those who enjoy nature it is a great place with the ponds and fountains and Florida birds galore. The community is clean, well cared for and pretty quiet. I had good interactions with the management team and they were responsive to my inquiries. The area is continuing to grow so it is a great location if living in Daytona Beach is a place you'd like to live. Had I not moved out of state I would have renewed my lease and

Worst staff I have ever encountered ! Extremely rude and unpleasant they always make it seem like u are bothering them. And best of luck getting anything fixed that breaks down it took them 3 days to fix our Ac ! They literally called my best friend and roommate a straight up liar this place has gone down hill since the new management has been put into place the previous ladies who were here were absoulty wonderful they are missed!

I made an appointment to look at an apartment yesterday specifically so that I could pre-lease it. But when I showed up for my appointment I was told the apartment had been leased to someone else. I drove 45 minutes to get there because NO ONE COULD PICK UP A PHONE AND CALL ME TO TELL ME THEY NO LONGER HAD AN APARTMENT AVAILABLE!!!!!!!! Not only… that but I feel like I was pawned off on a floater, because the leasing agent I was put with doesn't even work at The Harbor!!! Needless to say I feel like the Property Management at The Harbor lacks professional courtesy as well as work ethic!

I love living here. The apartments are a little old, so there are some imperfections such as my very old stove or the scratches and dents on my kitchen cabinets... but that varies widely on which apartment you get. Aside from that, I love it here. The apartment is spacious with a lot of character thanks to its unique shape and wooden bar.
Washer/Dryer hookups in the apartment are a must for me, and having a balcony is always nice.
My favorite aspects of The Harbor are the super convenient location in the middle of Daytona and the low prices. (ugh, I'm going to be dreaming of these prices
