Owner of the shop is real friendly and real easy to work with. I brought my call for some brake service he changed my rotors and brakes on my 2012 Nissan Altima. Whilin the shop he looked at my A/c and found my compressor not working. He was able to get it changed out the next week and my A/c has been blowing cold, will definitely go back for any car issues...

I have a 2016 Ford Fusion that was giving me transmission issues. Three different shops told me I needed a completely new transmission and was quoted about $5k. I took it to Galeano's and Rafael took the time to inspect my car piece by piece and turns out is what a simple fix! Rafael literally saved me thousands of dollars! He kept me informed at all times, answered my questions and was extremely thorough. He is the only mechanic i will use from now on!!!

This is my go-to place for BMW service. Very honest, no frills type of people. I called German high tech at Valencia to replace a broken fog lamp on my daughter's 320i, they want to charge me $135 dollars for a 15 min job. Galeano's took care of it for $55 dollars. Huge difference. Their oil change price is very reasonable and they will do it as you wait. This is the best independent BMW service shop in the valley!

I was seeking to purchase a BMW Z3M. Found a reasonably priced one but needed a mechanic to inspect the vehicle. I took the car to Galeano and Rafael inspected the car before purchase. He did a thorough inspection and put both the seller and buyer (me) at ease and gave us both a fair assessment of the car. Ended up buying the Z3M and it runs like a beauty. I will definitely be taking the car to Galeano's for maintenance and service. Great group of guys there that know their stuff.

I'm a first time customer and this is how a BMW auto service should be, honest and economically priced. I feel more comfortable bringing my 5 series here for service compare to a BMW dealer. Everytime I go to a dealer for sevice I get nervous because their very expensive plus they will tell me that my car needs this and that which I don't feel like my car needs them yet. I highly recommend bringing your BMW here and let Raphael and his team do their amazing work. Raphael is a lead mechanic for a BMW Dealer before and they use BMW original replacement parts. I love this place its really good spot to take your cars. I have 335i bmw an i only trust Galeano’s with their honest an affordable. So my bmw is running perfect. Get my oil changes done there because they have real GERMAN OIL for my GERMAN BMW, but also which is great that he specializes in bmw n mini coopers. He can repair other cars too i have… pruis that is like my busting missions beater car an he fixed issue i was having with hybrid system. Soo definitely take your bmw n mini here, or any car you have, Rafael will help you out with any car issues you have, any car especially

Thanks to yelp, I found this place to fix my BMW. I drove all the way from the west valley just to get my oil change done at a great rate compared to the BMW dealerships!
My first time here I called to see how much my A/C flush would cost, and they gave me the quote right away. No hesitation or hidden cost. I was so pleased with the customer service and price. I drove to get it done the same day. Literally, my car was done within 1 hour.
The second time here.. I called one day before to see if I could get an oil change. They scheduled me for the next day. Again, their service and professionalism

My husband and I haven't had luck with the other dealership since we've brought our car for service. Our car in fact didn't have any big issues until we brought this there. I can go on and on about this dealership as there's so much to tell, but this review is NOT about them, but about Galeano's.

Wow! Just Awsome, we all know that BMW maintenance is not cheap,
Especially in a 6 or 7 series. When my 08 650 started slipping gears, I feared the worst.
Although I'm pretty handy, transmission work is out of my league . I met the owner by
chance and admired each others BMW's. I told him I was having gearing issues.
Well I was in luck, he had a shop. Not only is it clean and professional, but more importantly he has the knowledge and experience to make me feel comfortable leaving 650.
In the end, no major work was needed, saving me thousands! This is honesty at its best!

On short notice, Kevin agreed to fix an ominous oil leak, giving us a detailed explanation of what he thought the problem was -- which he correctly diagnosed just by looking at the car briefly -- and provided an estimate of cost and the time required. He came in under budget and ahead of time, which is always nice.

I've always been searching for a mechanic shop that does great work at a reasonable price. I have finally found that place.
The customer service was great. The technicians were extremely knowledgeable on what they were doing; and they were able to show me and explain to me what they were doing and why. I am extremely satisfied with all the work that Galeano's shop has provided, and I will continue to bring my cars to his shop from now on.

I took my wife's 2016 Lexus GX350 here after getting a recommendation from a trusted friend. These guys have years of experience working on luxury vehicles at dealerships and know what they are doing. Kevin and Rafael took excellent care of me and were able to squeeze me in as needed.

I don't care for "fluff" much when it comes to having a vehicle worked on. You don't get any when it comes to dealing with Marshall and his team.
When I found him the first time, he saved me over $1,000 for the same service that the dealer was going to perform. In fact, he did this without me stating what the dealer was going to charge me.
