My husband, child and I lived here for 2 years and had a good experience. It is not a luxury apartment complex but I liked how much space there was in the apartment and especially the huge walk-in closet in the master bedroom. We also had beautiful views of the mountains from our windows. The location was very convenient, especially for anyone without a car. It was just a short walk to many grocery stores, Walgreens, etc and the Escondido Creek Trail is also just a block away, which was a nice place to take long walks or bike rides. In the 2 years we lived there they really spruced things up a

I’ve lived here with my family for over 10 years. Not once have we gotten our carpet changed or had any other appliance replacements. There is constantly SO many water problems, the water gets shut every week because of maintenance problems, if not more. And the manager, Michelle doesn’t seem to care or have much concern at all when these issues are brought to her attention. This is our personal experience as poc and to us that seems to have a lot to do with it.

When we first moved in i wasn’t a big fan of it. But Michelle has been making it better . I appreciate that she always gives us a heads up if any of us are late on rent. It looks like she has a good memory because she makes sure to texts us before she has to go further on her procedures. She’s a good manager and has proved me wrong from when I first moved in.
