Very disappointed again. When I went to order glasses Kelly was cleaning the pair I was wearing and broke them in half. Then gave me a hard time about not having a spare pair to wear until my new glasses came in. He gave me a loaner pair of frames with my lenses but they kept popping out. I had to wear them for 6 days that way. No apoligy he just said they were old.(only 2 years)
I returned today with my $700 pair of glasses after only 3 months because the nose piece broke and he told me very rudely that they aren't warranted and he would have to charge me to replace them. So I went to Costco

I came in and ordered my glasses about 2 weeks ago.. they said the glasses were supposed to be ready within a week... I gave them a call to check for an update and they said that because my dad had called about an issue they didn't do anything with the lenses and furthermore the glasses were not ready..... so I now have to wait additional time/days/weeks? for them to ACTUALLY be prepared for me..
My problem is... because my dad caused an issue over my younger sisters glasses, they attributed her problem over to me (because of the same last name I'm assuming) and just straight up disregarded

I went in to schedule an exam and look at some glasses. There were no other customers in the store and the owner Kelly was on the phone. I looked around and tried on a pair of glasses, forgetting that of course he would need to sanitize them before putting them back due to COVID-19, he hung up the phone and without saying hello or any other greeting stated rudely "can you take those down, I need to clean them now that you've touched them". I instantly apologized and handed him the glasses. He seemed very inconvenienced as he helped me make an exam appointment.

Picked up my child's glasses a little while ago. The ladies were super nice but there was a sour looking rude man in there. I later found out he was the owner. (I didn't take my child for the original appointment)
The owner didn't say one word to me he infact ignored me when I tried to ask a question.
I definitely wouldn't recommend.

The staff are very friendly and helpful during our recent visit, they even waived the copay for the eye exams.
Dr. Tran was the on -site optometrist who conducted eye exams for my children. I found her knowledgeable, skillful, interacting very well with children and was attentive and friendly to kids, but not so much with adults. While she possessed a good level of professionalism, she could be a bit blunt and impatient to the parents. She could have asked the parents if they want to come inside with the kids or if they have any questions. She prescribed my daughter with very low degree of nearsightedness

My experience with Dr., staff and direct dealings with the owner (Kelly) was professional and quite a good experience.
Quite possibly any negative reviews were perhaps due to the personal problems the client/patient may have brought into this business on their own behalf
Good luck in the search of a good and accurate eye exam followed by the correct lens fabrication
Eyes are unarguably quite important to the making of a Good Day

I was lucky enough that they open 6 days a week AND up until 7pm. I went in on a Saturday, hoping to be a walk-in. It was quite busy, but understandable, being on a weekend and all. The owner, Kelly, attended to me. He was able to look up what my coverage was through my insurance. I was unable to be do an appointment on that day, but he said I can book one right then and there or online. He informed me that they do eye exams every 15 minutes or so and that their last exam is usually around 6pm.
I ended up booking it online and it was pretty straightforward and easy. I booked one for the latest

I don't recommend this place.
We got a new glass lenses from this place two years ago with my own frame. 1) The Optical is not professional. She asked so many personal questions and made me uncomfortable. 2) The lenses was picked up pretty quickly, but it's not comfortable for me since then.
I decided to switch another lenses at a different optical this time.

Thank you for helping my 13-year old daughter learn to wear contacts. Your Optometrist was amazing and patient with her. He made her laugh during what was initially a very stressful process, and was KIND.
She had seen another contact lens fitter about eight months prior and left in tears, never wanting to try contacts again. When she gained the courage, we went to you. You made the process very easy. She's been wearing her contacts for about a week now. I can't thank you enough.

I don't do many reviews, but after my last visit I felt I needed to share my experience. I have been a customer of this Site for Sore Eyes location for I think 6-7 years now. My kids had their first eye appt's and glasses from here as well and they fixed their glasses SO many times with that wonderful warranty!
I went in for my normal yearly eye appointment. Went somewhere else last year because I was impatient and suffered with a crummy prescription because of it, so this time I waited for an available appointment here. I get there for my appointment and was informed that my insurance

The service was excellent. She made every effort to assist my 15 years old daughter. Answered all our questions and is very knowledgeable about anything to do with eye wear unlike other places that has people working there all giving contradiction information (Lens Crafter Valley Fair hires people that gives wrong information. I asked three different assistants and none gave me the right answers, so I recommend people to come here if they needed to ask questions.

* Tricking customers with add's of " Buy 1 get one free" -- And that does not apply if you are using insurance.
* Discounts that cannot be used if you use vision insurance.
*Frames cost is not printed and tagged, it keeps changing from visit to visit, I think they become expensive if you have insurance.

My fiancé had an appointment for EYEGLASSES. Her check in and appointment itself went very well. The receptionist while a little frazzled was very professional as was the optometrist. The optometrist went above and beyond. He asked my fiancé if she wore contacts at all as she had complained her current eye glass prescription was not working any longer. He offered her some trial contacts to hold her over until she was able to get her new glasses.

I came into Site For Sore Eyes looking for contacts and looking all over the place this has been the best place. The doctors are extremely wonderful and nice. After doing a follow-up I ended up getting hair clippings in my left eye. I walked in at 5:00 and the guy at the front was nice enough to fit me in. Which I really appreciate because my eye was in pain.
I just went in today after going to Walmart and them having not so great of a deal. Site For Sore Eyes suggest rebates when ordering a year supply. Which Walmart didn't offer nothing or even give any direction of ordering from them

My experience here was not pleasant at all. My sister and I were discriminated against. We were treated to a discussion that should not have been made public by management. I was ignored by the manger while doing business. I am going to spend several hundred, but there is better places to get glasses.
