I ordered online. Said 5-7 days. Only needed to ship from LA to Orange County, a short distance. I tracked shipping, after a week, nothing. After 2 weeks called to find out what's going on & how to expedite. The girl on the phone said they had had a problem manufacturing. I asked how I could expedite...she said she would look into and call me next day. She never called. They arrived in 3 weeks. Seems like a leadership & quality problem. If you are going to sell online you need to ship quickly, as is the norm these days. The glasses are OK. There are plenty of other providers. I would

Kind of bummed because i placed two different orders with them, and both times the order went thru, only i got an email the next day (both times) saying they were out of stock on the products that i had SUCCESSFULLY placed orders for. They need to update their inventory on their website to reflect their actual stock levels. I ended up buying glasses somewhere else, AND i sent and email and left a telephone voicemail asking about status of refunds, and BOTH times i got NO reply. Disappointing.

Updating my original review; this morning I finally spoke with a gentleman that was very helpful and courteous, hopefully my issue is about to be resolved.
Nonexistence customer service, can't be bothered to respond to email or voice mail, I won't be doing business with them in the future.
FYI, you can purchase their shades at Nordstrom's and not have to worry about shipping or issues if you have to return.

Sent a return/exchange 3 weeks ago with all required paperwork. Return/exchange instructions state it could take up to a week for processing. It's been 3 weeks since they've received my return! I've called over 5 times and sent emails after not receiving my new glasses. Keep getting the runaround "we're backed up", "we'll call you back", 'we sent an email to the warehouse", "we had a big order come through, sorry".....

I guess my experience could've been worse, but only if there eyeglasses were made out of scorpions or some such. They are enormous, dishonest jerks. I bought two pairs of their sunglasses online. 2 weeks later they write me to say that oops even though it said FINAL SALE and ALL SALES FINAL on my receipt that didn't apply to them because they had quoted the wrong price to me! Did they honor the price on their website? Nope. Did they ask me if I wanted to cancel my order? Nope. They just sent me the 1 pair and charged me for both. Really cool of them! So, then I figure out what happened

Great glasses and selections. I had the unfortunate experience of ordering readers online. After a short time, one of the readers got a chip on the lens. I emailed 2x to the general email and to a person whose name I found on the website asking if they could offer a repair or replacement and if so how much for either.
A few weeks later, I received a terse reply saying they don't do repairs or replacements. Sorry.
