All of our frames are designed at our studio in the Arts District of Downtown Los Angeles. For our frames, we source cured acetate and high quality metals from leading suppliers in Japan, Italy, and China. Our lenses are made of mineral glass and scratch resistant CR-39 plastic, with reflective coating and other treatments for best eye protection, clarity, and visual acuity.

A collaboration between father and son, Larry and Garrett Leight, Mr. Leight bridges multiple generations of design and craftsmanship to deliver superlative contemporary eyewear. Unisex, timeless, and lightweight, the Royce is destined to be your next favorite P3-inspired frame. Equal parts angular and rounded, its distinctive construction and mineral glass lenses are as eye-catching as they are versatile. Royce Hall has hosted luminaries like John F. Kennedy and Albert Einstein, not to mention orchestras, theatre troupes, the occasional superstar rock band.
If you are looking to make a statement with a dramatic cat eye-style frame, our Juvee frame is elegant, self assured, and surprisingly versatile. Although short-lived, this classic punk rock-style hole in the wall performance space (which also included a skate shop and skate ramp on premises) had an impact on the LA music scene, thanks to the vitality and oversized energy of its loyal patrons.
Our Gibson frame is the definition of oversized sophistication. Its combination frame is equal parts smart and hip, not unlike its inspiration, David Bryne of Talking Heads. Adjustable nose pads ensure a perfect fit every time. The Gibson Amphitheater was originally built as a daytime venue for Universal Studios stuntmen to perform.
Garrett Leight and Malbon Golf have joined forces to celebrate the game of golf and bring youthful California-cool style to the course. The capsule collection includes a pair of our bestselling Hampton sunglasses in Demi Blonde, customized with Malbon Pure Green lenses that feature a unique breath logo, which is only revealed when you breathe on and fog up the lenses.

Went into the store and had more than an amazing experience. I'm someone who likes luxury items / good items, but only if they have correlating quality. Not only do GL items have amazing quality and craftsmanship, but the employees and team of the brand are AMAZING. I was dealing with Ky & Anna who didn't try to sell me anything, but I walked out with 3 pairs of sunglasses. They were more friendly than sales people, which I think speaks volumes of the brand. Thank you Ky & Anna, you guys made my face look good in the sun :)

I bought a few pair of glasses from here and I would say the experience is far beyond my expectation! I recently purchased Mr.Leight glasses, and later found out that there's a crack that I didn't notice when I purchased them. Olivia and Cayetano were able to assist and they quickly ordered a replacement frame without much questions and at no additional charge. That's the beauty of buying these frames at a boutique! This place definitely deserve more 5 star reviews and I will come back for another pair / clips

Cayetano at this location is amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure that I left the store happy.
He is a true stylist and helped me for over 30 minutes picking out the right pair of glasses. Beyond that, he was able to accommodate delivery times (for a gift and for myself) over the holiday season. I will absolutely be back to work with him when it's time for another pair of glasses.

Cool employees. Nice design but is a retail scam, paying $330 for a product that shatters like glass when falling onto pavement from your face in 2 yrs. time. I’m 2/2 in this experience. DO NOT DARE to flip these on your head because I guarantee they will break on the bridge if you drop them the 2nd time. Never happened to my other 3 plastic pairs or $10 sunglasses. Im not the only one here.

I rarely write reviews, but in this case (given the other negative reviews) I feel obliged.
I bought a pair of sunglasses here 3 years ago, and when they recently broke I brought them in to be repaired. Olivia totally hooked it up, fixed them overnight, and was shocked when I asked if I had to pay for the repair. Totally free, easy, and a great customer service experience all around. Wooo!

You know when you but that pair of glasses you simply adore -- the ones that are your lifetime favorite -- those are the ones I got at Garrett Leight -- until the day a friend backed her car up over them. The style had come and gone and I thought oh well -- I was going to have to flow with the river of change. Really generous exchange policy here- I picked out a pair of glasses but ultimately decided I wanted something different. Nadia was great, she gave me no trouble at all for wanting to exchange them and she was super patient with me when it took me some time to decide what I ultimately wanted.
