I met CJ in January 2020 in Bryant Park. Cool enough guy, decent sales pitch, but the glasses sold themselves. I was beyond impressed with the quality and creativity the frames. Within 20 minutes, I had placed my order and was told to expect to see my glasses in two months (March). That said, there is one HUGE draw back. It wasn't until five months later, in June, that I received my frames. I would not have minded had they reached out even once without my contacting them first. It took me threatening not to pay for them to actually send my glasses

I was due for a new pair of glasses, and serendipitously, I got a text from CJ at Sires asking if I was ready for a new pair - great timing! He sent me a set of sample frames, and I chose the one I liked. But the cool part is, I wanted a wooden lens with some color slightly infused. We had a design session online, and I explained the effects I was looking for. Oh man, did he ever deliver!! The color infusion is exactly what I was envisioning, and he even added some abalone shell on each side of the frames. Not only is this frame unbelievably beautiful, they are the most comfortable pair of glasses

I stumbled across the sires crown eyewear website while looking for custom frames. L’eo has made a believer out of me. My first pair was a custom superman/wonder woman. I quickly realized I needed another pair which was halo. His product never disappoints. I just bought my third custom pair and these are by far the best ones yet. The design appointments are simple and quick, plus he really pays attention to detail. I’ve also had to use the customer service department before and had no issues. They warrantied my product even though the damage was my fault. Remember they are a small private owned

Sires recently made a pair of glasses for me and I could not be more be pleased with the results. The owner was able to design a pair from scratch in under an hour. The glasses are made extremely well and the owner is very knowledgeable and has a good eye for detail. These glasses were also worth the wait to be custom made to order!

Purchased a pair of glasses. Never got the product, designer didn't show for the consult for customization. Was promised a refund and never received anything. Do not recommend this company. Customer service is non existent. Save your money.

Just a shout out to CJ and his crew for their excellent work on an old pair of my glasses (new lenses) and on a new pair of glasses (adjustment to lense to make it perfect). CJ and his staff treat every customer like "they" are Sires Crown's most important customer. He is 100% right...great customer service, personal care and a very high quality product. That's why I'll be back!

Just the worst customer service you will ever encounter, not only do they barely answer the phone but they dont call you back after you leave them a message. they messed up the pair i bought in hawaii and agreed to put another lense in, the price was 95.00.
after sending them the glasses and a check plus a note with my new address i called them back to give them some information, they never returned my call which is normal for them and i decided i didnt want to do business with them.
i called one more time to let them know i put a stop on the check and wanted my glasses returned, they returned

I ordered a pair of custom frames late March 24, 2020. I asked for an update on the frames on May 27, 2020. I finally received a reply on July 14th saying I'd get tracking by the end of the following week. I ask for an update on July 24. I ask for an update on July 30. I get a reply on August 3rd that they shipped out that day and I'd get a notice from shipping. I received glasses on August 6th, the prescription is wrong. I received a call from the owner and he assures me I'd get a return shipping label on August 10th.

I email on August 19, I get a response to check my junk folder

Since I live in NYC and it's also COVID-19 time right now, I ordered a pair of frames online. The process was unusual (you need to take a video of your face, send pics, etc.), but I cannot say enough good things about CJ and Justin. I decided to get a custom frame and was able to have them incorporate my design ideas - live, during a screen-share call with the designer. They were very patient and listened to me. My frames incl. RX lenses were delivered this week. I am very happy with them! Customer service is excellent!!! Thanks again!!!!

I saw people complaining on FB reviews about the glasses taking a really long time outside of the pandemic and got worried. However, I just received my glasses during the pandemic and am extremely happy with them. I ordered directly through their website.

I have worn Sires Crown glasses for at least the last six years. Each year I get a different themed pair of frames and the staff has always built a beautiful pair of glasses. The glasses always get a lot of attention because they are so unique. I highly recommend buying a pair of glasses from them.

Amazing company for beautiful, unique, handcrafted glasses. We met CJ Xmas Eve in Bryant Park and were so impressed by the quality of the frames and how accommodating he was. Glasses arrived and they're amazing!! Even better than expected. Excellent customer service too. This will definitely be our go to for glasses from now on.

My husband and I purchased eyewear from CJ at the vendor booth located at Bryant Park on 12/29/2019. My husband received his glasses on 2/10/19 and I have yet to receive mine. It is my understanding the eyewear was being made in the order received, but this can't be the case. It is now March 29th and I still do not have my eyewear. I know there are staffing issues, but the company issues should not become my problem. I have requested a refund several times and nothing. Customers requesting a refund should have been granted. The service is horrible! You've lost a customer!

After spending a half hour online with CJ for a fitting, I requested some samples to be sure before I bought them. CJ said he would put the samples in the mail. Two weeks later and nothing in my hands, I get an excuse about businesses moving and so on and he can't send them. This business sounds shady if they're going to treat customers like this... Disappointed because the glasses actually look good.

The first time I discovered Sire's Eyewear, I was visiting New York City, in December. They were in a Christmas Village booth at Hyatt Park. I was impressed with the unique styles and quality of the frames. The vendor, CJ was engaging and so knowledgeable. I immediately found a pair of glasses that I loved! HOWEVER, I was hesitant to make a purchase for glasses in NYC, from a company in CA, when I was from GA. MY MISTAKE!

I searched for three years for the same quality and service that I was offered by CJ. Nobody compared! I wasn't satisfied until I returned three years later

This guy is a genius and his creations are off the chain. I have a big head, and finding glasses is impossible. They custom fit an built me two pairs. the fit is perfect, the look is amazing and I love wearing my glasses. Got the Dylan Thomas Forged and the Biltmore..............I cannot rave enough, finally a place that fit me and make them with the wood i love and cannot recommend a better builder............custom glasses at a fair price and the best customer service on the planet........you are doing yourself a dis service by not at least checking them out.....thx from Canada guys, you rock

Excellent craftsmanship! Hands down for the amazing product Sires Crown. This Pure wood frame feels extremely comfortable on face, ears and nose. It really makes a huge difference. At first I wasn't ready to spend a lot of money especially without any vision insurance covering the expenses. But I did go for these anyways. I loved the way it looks on my face as well. They are trendy as well (vertical grains). I ordered Baltimore 52 Kingwood. I would recommend Sires Crown to anyone who really wants to to go for natural frame and feel the warmth of the it.

I saw Sires Crown at several Comicons and decided it was time to upgrade my eyeglasses. They have top quality hand crafted wood eyewear and an excellent designing staff. They helped me create my customized comic book based eyeglasses. In a couple weeks I received my eyeglasses and I was blown away how great they look! It was a perfect fit and exactly what I was looking for. Thank you Sires Crown for offering awesome customized eyewear!

I went to Book Con in New York where a friend of mine introduced me to CJ, the man behind Sire's Crown. He was extremely personable and kind. You could tell that he loves what he does by speaking to him. I ordered a pair of wood frames from him. He took my information there, asked if any changes needed to be made to the way the frames were made or any other specifications. Once I was able to get my prescription, I sent it to him.

I ended up having my prescription changed shortly after sending it to him, he used the new prescription! Along the way, they sent update emails so I would know

From the moment I began engaging with CJ and his team I knew these guys were the real deal. Every single interaction was professional and the team is very courteous. Most importantly - they are artistic and aim to please! They know what looks good on you probably more than you do yourself! But they are also very focused on giving the client what they are looking for. Its a perfect mix of giving advise but also sticking to the client's needs.

I would give CJ and Team a five star rating for quality, creativity and precision of a truly unique pair of one a kind eyewear. Sadly I'd give them a one or two for customer service which is why my overall rating is what it is. The glasses I purchased weren't cheap. I was thrilled to be able to update the artwork for an additional fee as opposed to buying new frames. Unfortunately not being able to contact anyone by phone and relying on email that didn't get to the right person promptly it's resulted in major dissatisfaction on my part.

My glasses just came in and I could not be more satisfied! They made the ordering process easy and personalized with a Skype meeting. While the glasses were being made they kept me updated through every part of the customization so I always knew what was going on despite living on the other side of the country. They were done within the time frame processed and arrived quicker than expected. The case the glasses come in are on their own a work of art. I've had to wear glasses since I was 8 and these are without a doubt the most flattering, best made and best fitting pair I've ever owned. I've paid

Just received my custom comic book inspired glasses! They are effing AWESOME! CJ was great and made sure that I got my new glasses just in time to rock them in Hawaii, and Wes was an absolute legend! I came to him with three potential designs, and he was very patient with me as he mocked up all three of them before I chose my final design.

My glasses are even more epic than I could have imagined, I will ABSOLUTELY be ordering another pair in the future.

I have purchased two eyeglasses from Sire's Crown and I am extremely impressed. I purchased two comic book frames, both at NYCC, and the workmanship is wonderful. There are no better designed comic-inspired glasses anywhere. If you are nervous about purchasing glasses outside of a brick-and-mortar store, you can feel confident with Sire's.
CJ and Chris are professional and expert at fitting your glasses and preparing your lenses. My lenses are progressive and they are the best lenses that I've owned.

I have a total of 4 pairs of frames each experience has been most excellent. I get so many compliments on the frames that I get to design with the great wood options. The prescription is always great. The customer service is fantastic as well. Tell Chris and CJ that Erron Jay sent ya!
