Fairwood Landing, they been a perfect example of care management and. They are always there for me any time of day with the most positive and lovely attitude. I been lived, all around the King County with many different landlords. Never have we had one as extraordinary as Fairwood landing. They make even the smallest problems a priority.

I dont know where to start. I love this place. All staff here is amazing. The manager here couldn't be nicer and very professional. She works so hard to make this place a great home. The matience here works so hard to take care of our needs and i can't say enough how proud i am living here. Im so happy i found a place that I love..

When we first moved in last year, things were great. Management was kind and maintenance was timely. When a new owner bought the place, that all changed. It now takes several weeks and multiple contact attempts to get the simplest thing taken care of. Their assistant manager, Tammy, was consistently rude and mean to the residents (I'm pretty sure she gets off on being unhelpful).
The apartments are also terrible. The carpet is so thin that the fixtures would come back up and stab your feet (much more painful than you might imagine - feels like you're stepping on a nail). People were constantly
