Beware of the people working in the office (Cindy, Michael, Micah). They are only nice to you when you are interested in moving in. Once you sign the lease they treat you like you don't matter at all. FYI, I am not talking about any of the maintenance staff, they are amazing and very helpful and kind. In addition, throughout my time in the apartment numerous things needed to be fixed (leak in the ceiling, shelves falling off, leak in the sink, etc). That created maintenance people in and out which is not ideal. They also expect conditions when you move out to be ready for the next people moving

Writing this review based on my partner’s and my experience:
Pros: extremely friendly staff
-Very helpful maintenance personnel
-Very responsive office- helped me out of a couple of jams!
-STUNNING grounds
-Community garden
-Quiet apartment
-Quiet community
-Beautiful apartment
-Safe location
-Pet friendly (with a great place to play fetch with your dog!)
-Close to shopping and city amenities
-Community garages
Cons:
-The power was shut off quite a bit due to the location
-Small fitness center
-Ants were in the apartment the entirety of my time living there (First floor)

Called to do an open house because I was interested in renting. Was given an appointment time but when I showed up after driving 30 minutes over no one was there. I waited for an hour and a half before someone showed up. The office personnel then told me that actually they had no open units. Probably top 3 worst customer service I've ever received.
