Martys has a great selection! I had been looking for a specific model giant for a few weeks and martys is the only place that had it! The owners are very friendly and knowledgeable. They weren't pushy in the least bit. I won't hesitate to buy from martys again and i will recommend them to all my friends

I purchased a bike last year, and with the purchase I was told I could bring the bike back for a free inspection within 1 year. I called to see if I needed to make an appointment for this service, and they literally hung up on me as I was asking!!! I was so shocked, I couldn’t believe it because they had been so incredibly nice when I bought my bike. I called back and someone different answered but he was also pretty rude. I will never give them my businesss again, nor will I refer them to friends and family. What a shame! The owner was so very nice and so was his wife, but unfortunately things

I usually go to Eddy's and this time I didn't, my mistake! The customer service at Marty's is terrible! When the sales person asked a question about what kind of rims my son had and used terms we didn't know my son said what's that? She gave a snorting laugh and walked away so I called out to her asking her to explain and she was so derogatory saying that the other kind of rims were the better higher end ones and we had the cheap rims. And on it went... definitely won't be going back there.

I asked to test ride a bike and I was told I was only allowed to go on the front side walk. As I was testing the gears I noticed they were very noisy and did not sound right. My husband was with me and he used to work in a bike shop, he know how to fix bikes. He told me something was not on quite right but it was not a big deal because he could adjust it.
The guy working there told me that they didn’t have time to teach me how to ride the bike correctly, looked at me and told that he thinks this is not the right bike for me took the bike out of my hands and walked inside. I was sort of shocked

I took my son in for a new bike after another bike shop had given away his bike that we had left a deposit on. Needless to say he was discouraged that we would find another bike like the previous one, but the Giant bike we found at Marty’s exceeded all expectations! The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the bike. She was able to answer questions for me in regards to braking, gears and which type of bike would be better to fit my sons needs. She was honest and didn’t try to push us in to a bike we didn’t need. She did all of the adjustments to fit him and spoke to my son and made

Dissappointed.I traded a really nice Gary Fisher bike that I had for many years and The Man there was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. I purchased a entry level Giant fitness bike which seemed very nice.I kept having problems with the chain falling off so I took the bike in and a woman there seemed put out that I was having issues perhaps maybe insinuating that as a woman I may not be very capable of how to shift gears.Meanwhile chain keeps falling off.I stopped in today and they barely said Hello Very poor customer service.Its too bad because they have a nice store and great product but

Purchased my first bike in years from this place, after my husband recently went to pick one out for our youngest child and had an amazing experience. They make it easy to keep coming back, and we plan on coming here whenever we need something. The customer service was excellent without being pushy. They offered help at exactly the right time (they must have seen the look on my face!) I started out overwhelmed but ended out happy and with a new bike. Thumbs up.
