Services
Pets are prohibited except within the following restrictions: A Pet Agreement must be signed. Two (2) Pets per apartment with pet weight limit of 50lbs per pet. Pet rent is $20 per pet. Pet must be at least one year old. In addition to monthly pet rent, a non-refundable pet fee will be required prior to occupancy in the amount of: $350 for one pet and $500 for two.

I stayed here for 7 months during my first internship in Huntsville and loved it. They are one of the few places willing to do a short term lease which is very helpful. The property manager, Beth, is super nice and super helpful. I had to have furniture delivered before I could actually be in town and she let them in my apartment to deliver it all with no problem. The apartments themselves are about as good as it gets, especially for the price. It is in a beautiful area with a lot of families and is a safe environment. I lived for close to a year in the Chaney Place apartments. I move around alot for my job, and this is by far one of my favorite places. I come home at all hours of the night for my job, and
I feel safe in this neighborhood. Beth at the home office, is so sweet and kind. No matter when you need her she is there to answer a quick question. Any maintenance issue will be taken care of usually within a couple hours.There are restaurants, shops and a Walmart all within a couple miles. I would definitely recommend Chaney Place apartments.

Lived here from 2014-2015. Got a job offer out of the area and had to fork out $1,400. This was not in my contract. Manager banging on my door at 8am when I work night shift, to argue with me about having Dish network. Tried to force me into a new contract that says I cannot have it. After telling her no, she threatened to cut the cable line herself! Master bedroom shower did not have hot water for 6 months!! Water leaks in the ceiling and maintenance comes one time to look..never responds again. After moving out, had to respond back to the townhome and fill in holes from hanging curtains in living

I have lived in this complex for a little over a year now. Beth at the front office is always friendly and extremely accommodating. The town homes are spacious and provide a higher quality experience over an apartment. People are friendly and the surrounding area offers plenty of shopping and dining.
