I have been living in the Building for almost 3 years now. Everyone working at the building, from the leasing Team, to the Building Staff and Concierge - are making your moving process easy and smooth, and once you are all settled - you feel like you are Home.
Amenities in the building provide a great escape form the city noise and views from the Rooftop bring serenity and peace every day you are out there. Concierge organizes monthly events that bring neighbors together to do fun stuff as they get to know each other.
I couldn't be more prouder to call 525 my "Home Sweet Home".

I’ve lived here for 2+ years the building, staff and location are all perfect. The building staff and management \ extremely friendly and helpful Terry, Larry, Adam, Carlos and maintenance team are one of a kind.
So why is the 1 star? I could hear my next door neighbor loud and clear. Walls thin enough to hear neighbor conversations at normal level, one shared wall with a neighbor, fortunately the other one faces the exterior of the building. I can hear normal level conversation going on and i can hear the TV as if there wasn't even a wall there.
Second issue: Not a kid friendly building ,

525 is an exceptionally fine building with phenomenal staff and very well- designed apartments. The lobby is minimal yet arty and cozy with a glowing fireplace. The private library is filled with wonderful books, the gym is clean and has everything one needs. Each area of the building is carefully and beautifully designed and the rooftop affords amazing views of NYC and the Hudson River. The building is very quiet and private. A joy to live here.

I've lived in 525 for over 2 years. The building is sleek and welcoming. The apartments are amazing. Adam, Carlos and all of the other doormen and staff are the best! The amenities are modern and convenient.
Unfortunately, management has started to cut basic services uniformly provided by luxury buildings. Most recently, it began requiring self pickup of packages from a disorderly and disorganized storage room (not sorted by apt number). Packages are constantly getting lost. Tenants only get a few days to pick them up before they are returned (so don't order anything if you are going to be on

My husband and I are so happy here at 525 West 52nd Street! It’s been an incredible couple of years. 525 handled Covid so well and kept the residents feeling safe and engaged during uncertain times. It’s wonderful to have events back, from wine tasting to workout classes! The golf simulator is also an incredible bonus! We are so happy!

We have lived at 525 for over a year, and have had an incredible experience. By far the best apartment and building we’ve lived in NYC. We just relocated to FL, but otherwise would’ve lived at 525 for a long time! Nandi was such a help to us during the move-out process and made our transition seamless. Carlos and Adam, thanks for being incredibly helpful to us over the last year and more importantly, great friends. We will miss 525!

525 has been our home for nearly 4 months now and we are so happy that we chose this building. It is beautiful, clean, upscale, and everything we wanted when we searched Hell’s Kitchen for our new home.
I wanted to take a moment to specifically recognize an outstanding member of the concierge team, Carlos. He is friendly, reliable, thorough, and goes above and beyond the call of duty to offer white glove customer service to the tenants in the building. During this unprecedented time of Covid 19, from the start, the staff at 525 has been exceptional. Living alone and unable to reunite with my family I had concerns. To mention a few staff: Carlos Padillo the day concierge always asked if he could get me anything, and was always friendly and pleasant. He went out of his way to lend any assistance I needed. Adam N the night concierge always had a smile and friendly chit chat despite the circumstances and answered any questions or concerns I broached. If I ever needed anything, or couldn't go outside for something, these guys would not

Just moved in today. The experience so far was exceptional, Larry from leasing office is very helpful, prompt answers to every question even on Sundays. Everyone is very friendly and helpful from maintenance to front desk.
The only issue is they require you to have a job or guarantor. So if you are living off of your savings or student, it could became a hustle but they paid for the guarantor company costs so even that just took 1 day and it didn't cost me anything.
Will keep posting living experiences. So far so good!
