Bane Built Construction was founded in 2005 by Zach and Katie Bane of Coeur d'Alene, ID on the foundational principles of authenticity, integrity, and uncompromising attention to quality. In an effort to maintain the highest quality standards, Zach has chosen to limit the number of projects he takes annually, which has allowed him to personally be on-site at every home he builds, every day.

Our home was built with care and attention to detail. Its custom features are beyond our expectations! The logwork, mantle, bar top, turret, flooring and bathroom areas top the list! Overall, my husband and I are absolutely thrilled to be living in such an amazing home. We are blessed by God to have found Idaho as a retirement area, and blessed to have found Zach Bane and his team to build our beautiful home!
