We provide everything your car or truck needs to stay reliable, safe, and perform at its optimum level - all under one roof. At Seversin's Service Center, we want be your one-stop auto service, repair and maintenance center. Whether simple scheduled service maintenance or an unexpected major car repair, we have the expertise and experience to do it right the first time.
With the high cost of new cars today, more and more people are choosing to repair and maintain their current vehicle over buying a new one. Most late-model cars will provide many years of reliable service; it's not unreasonable to expect your car to reach 200,000 miles or more. Proper maintenance is the best insurance you have for extending the life of your vehicle - and it will actually lower the total cost of owning your automobile.
That's what you'll find when you choose an Auto Value or Bumper to Bumper certified service center. Your automotive repair or other service is backed up by our Confidence Plus North American Warranty. This 12-month/12,000-mile limited parts and labor warranty demonstrates our commitment to quality and to our customers.
If you have an extended warranty, we can absolutely service your vehicle - it's not necessary for you to return to the dealer to get the work done. We work with most companies involved with extended warranties, and will take care of all of the details for you. Extended warranty contracts are basically insurance policies and are generally managed by third parties, such as GE Capital, Ryan Warranty Services, AAA, and credit unions.
Q: Why does my car need maintenance if it's running fine? A: Regular maintenance of your vehicle protects your investment, helps to prevent breakdowns, and will minimize the cost of repairs in the future. Q: Is there a charge to check out my car? A: If the inspection is for a used car purchase, we charge according to the extent of inspection.

Not sure if I care to come to this place any longer. No masks on, during a still raging pandemic? I like to stop in for the occasional Pop or chips, yesterday just tipped me to go to Kwik Trip, and I don't even care for KW, but at least they are following health guidelines. Also of note is a glass case on the counter with Bongs & glass pipes? C'mon, gas station convenient store or Head shop, you decide.

Seversin's mechanics go above and beyond and have done so multiple times. Recently when I brought my car in for a brake issue the mechanic caught a problem with my tie rod. Based solely on the play in the steering wheel he was able to recognize an issue that I would easily have missed. Their expertise is truly appreciated and as long as I'm in Madison I will be utilizing their services.

Ever since my elderly parents moved to Madison, they have taken their car to Seversin's for maintenance and repairs. I've accompanied my dad there several times and was very impressed with the service, prices, and professionalism of the owner and technicians. I am moving to Madison soon and we will definitely take our 3 cars to Seversin's!

I have been bringing vehicles to them for over 20 years, and today I was reminded why I trust Seversins so much. I had a gas leak, not clear where it was coming from, and they could have easily told me I needed a new gas tank replacement for $900 or more. Instead, it was a simple fuel filter problem, with costs under $100. I had a problem with air conditioning unit, and instead of paying for Freon, he suggested a much cheaper solution. I love that I know I won't get screwed over with unnecessary fixes.

I have been taking my cars to Seversin's for many years and have always been treated right! Most recently, I had to replace my alternator on a Ford Escape, and decided to have my brake pads replaced at the same time. The work was done in a timely manner and for a very reasonable price. Best of all, I know without having to shop around that Seversin's will do the work right and treat me fairly. They have saved me thousands of dollars over the years and I have referred dozens of people to Mike and they have all been happy with the service they received. It doesn't get any better

Definitely the most convenient place to fill up and get a car wash on the east side. The wash code prints out on your gas receipt right at the pump. Eight bucks for the best quality touchless wash including scented prewash and undercarriage wash and spot free finish, and the car comes out really clean and shiny and smelling fresh. There's also two lower levels of wash at $7 and $6. Really an affordable day brightener, this time of the dreary winter. I'm a fan.
Note: If your car rides low, or you have an extended bike rack that rides low, be sure not to go out the Fair Oaks St. side

A friend referred me to Seversin's as I was told last time I got my oil changed that I needed new brakes. I drive a Toyota Camry and have been taking it to the dealer for years for the oil changes. They quoted around 700 for new brakes, front and rear, stating to fix them within the next 5000 miles.
I went to seversin's and was able to get in immediately after I called and they were able to fix my rear brakes and tell me I could keep my front ones for at least another year. They were very nice and very reasonable for labor. I was able to only pay little under 300! quite a savings. I

Extremely poor service and piss poor attitude from employees - they attacked a personal friend of mine on Facebook when she raised concerns on her personal page about the quality of service and the price. Like Paula P. she went in for one thing and when she left she ended up having something else wrong with her car. I would suggest staying as far away from Seversin's as possible. UPDATE: I spoke with the owner today and he indicated he would rectify the issue with his employee.

We've been here twice since moving to Madison, as they're the closest shop to our home.
I'm in two minds about them, so hopefully this doesn't get too long.
Our first encouter with them was when we were in the middle of moving from our hotel to our apartment over the weekend and our brake line went. We went in on Monday morning and asked them to tow it to their location from the South Towne shopping center. They did so ($60 for the tow), and had our car fixed by Wednesday morning. The price was high, but not higher than anywhere else, but not the best deal, either. So, reasonable

I'm a big fan of Seversin's. I've taken my Subaru Outback to Seversin's several times for oil changes and other repairs. They've saved me hundreds of $$, suggesting a less expensive way to fix a crack in my engine block (I think?) that was leaking coolant and also plugging several holes in my tires, rather than trying to sell me new tires. I really appreciate their honesty and patience with a non-automotive genius like me. I highly recommend Seversin's for honest, fast service you can count on.
