Where do I start. I do not recommend staying more than a night or two. When it rains its terrible , had have my car towed out, due to rain and mud. The front office either just does not care or just does not know how to manage a park. Although we met a few nice people in the park , for the most part we felt like we were in another country and not very welcoming. They only care about the money , not the campers. Camper parking is nearly impossible , tight for class c or a travel trailer. Unless your lucky enough to get a space near the club house. Wifi forget it, it either worse than dial up or

Very disappointing. Arrived at 3:30 on a Wednesday. The office was closed and no packet was available. If a resident did not jump in to help, we would have been hard pressed to find our spot. When we did get to it, no prep had been done and it was deep in leaves. Because there was no packet, we did not have any rules for such as garbage disposal, pet areas, or wifi password which we got from other residents. Did not matter much on the wifi password because the signal was so weak. Cell service for t-Mobile was non-existent. At 9:30 the next morning when we went out to an event, the office was still

I don't understand the negative comments and low reviews. I have lived here for two months now and found Deanna in the office and Mike in maintenance to be VERY helpful and customer service oriented. Anything I needed both from the office or maintenance has been attended to quickly, professionally and in a friendly manner! The pool is IMMACULATELY clean and well maintained. The Shower Room is the cleanest I seen anywhere... so is the Laundromat! The grounds are well kept... Mike and Kevin keep the entire resort grounds well cut and clean! The residents here are friendly and courteous

I feel its time for the year round residents to speak up, I have kept my experiences with the park Management and employees to my self thus far, but feel I need to bring some attention to the issues I have experienced. Over 3 weeks ago I had put in a work request as I was told to do with the Maintenance , my electric bill is over 100$ per month and I live alone, run one A/C unit and a box fan, other people I have talk to have 2 or more a/c units and 2 people residing on their lots and their electric bills do not run as high as mine, I asked to have my meter checked to no avail. We really enjoyed our stay at this Resort . The neighbors were very helpful and friendly. We arrived late at night and we were welcomed by several neighbors that helped up back in and setup. The staff was friendly. This will be our go to place for camping when we come back to visit Tampa in the Spring.
