Discover the waters of Maui and its hidden treasures of under water sealife! You will watch a short video or personalized instruction after which your instructor will offer more explanation as well as show you the equipment and how to use it before you hit the water.
You will follow your instructor to the beach where you will learn and practice the basic skills of Scuba diving in shallow water before going on an exciting private underwater tour with your instructor.Once you complete the Discover Scuba Diving experience, you will be able to make subsequent dives during your vacation with a qualified professional.

PADI's Open Water Diver Crew Pak which you will need to purchase, contains materials which will cover what you need to know about basic scuba diving skills, terminology and safety procedures. For each concept you will read a description and/or watch a video demonstration. Then you will jump in the ocean to begin practicing these skills with your instructor.
Come join us to get your Advanced Open Water Certification! Choose 5 specialties, complete the Knowledge Reviews for each specialty, and then join us for the dives. Navigation and Deep specialties are required. Navigation, Night, Peak Performance Buoyancy, Underwater Naturalist and/or Fish Identification will be done from the beach.
Ed Robinson's Diving Adventures Guided Shore Dive is a perfect way for visiting certified divers to explore Maui's diverse in-shore reefs. Among the available choices is Makena Landing (or Five Caves) known for the "Bubble Cave" and resident white-tip sharks and green sea turtles that often rest in the small caves along the lava shoreline.
Meet with your instructor to complete a refresher worksheet, get your gear set up and then follow the instructor to the beach for your refresher. You can choose either one or two tanks. For the first tank, you will perform skills and when you are comfortable, complete your tank on a dive. If you choose to do two tanks, since you have already learned the skills, you'll do a full on dive, enjoying our beautiful reef!
