It is impossible to get in touch with anyone I have tried calling and emailing for days with no response. The website says you use rently to do self tours yet you can't find it anywhere on rently. From the pictures and more recent reviews it looks amazing but sadly it doesn't seem like I will find out.

When trying to move here from out of state, it was challenging getting a hold of the office by phone- which is in large part why I didn’t rate higher. It’s been a lot nicer to be able to just walk over and talk to a real person now. Last time I called the office, I did have success talking to someone right then and getting help. I have enjoyed the renovated apartment I’m in. I think the last few months were busy so some appliances and things have been slow arriving for our apartment. But overall it is nice and management has been kind. It has been good for the price! Location is nice too

While I will admit that my initial experiences upon moving here we're not the best due to difficulties reaching the office, recently new management has taken over and the buildings have begun to flourish! The new management is prompt to respond and very helpful, plus extremely polite. I have lived here for nearly two and a half years and I couldn't imagine going to any other apartment complex! My children love it here and I feel very safe. Thank you Cross Hill apartments!

I would give it a zero star if I could. When I first moved in the office lady Rebecca said "if I see your boyfriend in that apartment at all I will evict you". And it has been crap ever since then. They switched to a new management team and they are so rude. I haven't had an AC filter since January. They said they would get one and never did. Still don't have one. My kitchen, front door and second bedroom are all growing mold and they have done nothing about it. My AC broke and they made me wait 4 days in an 87° apartment just to have it fixed in 30 minutes.
