Bridge Living App With the Bridge Living App, residents can: pay rent, submit a maintenance request, renew their lease, schedule amenities and see our event calendar, all from one app. We use a third-party pet application service and applicants are required to complete a pet screening for each of their pets or service/companion animals.
Secure - Advanced encryption technology is used, to provide secure data transfer to the credit bureaus. Automation - Simply pay your monthly rent on time and Bridge Credit Plus will take care of the rest. I’ve been living here almost 2 years now. It’s very quiet. I love it. Anytime I have an issue it’s resolved quickly. Mostly a lot of grown adults stay here so there’s not a lot of issues with anything. I was hesitant to move here with the reviews on here previously but I’ve honestly enjoyed the quietness and the great location.

With new management comes a new review!
The old manager Nikki ran a good place to the ground
She has been let go and Nick is in here now and he is fabulous he gets stuff done and gets it done quick he's a pleasure to talk to and has hired the best maintenance crew Eric is who has helped me with my issues he's fast to respond and very knowledgeable he has came late at night in the summer months to fix my AC and gave me tips on how to help keep it going this place is on the up
All in all good management good maintenance and great customer service

The new manager Nickolas is awesome. His arrival has led the office to a completely new and good direction. He has cleared all existing backlogs left by the former manager. He is a hard-working guy and responded to my emails even during night. All my maintence and administrative orders have been completed quickly and nicely. I am so happy to have him as our new manager and I appreciate his service. We are now in good hands.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Avoid moving here at ALL cost. They let me go without air conditioning for two days when it was 107 degrees in August, put a tiny window unit in that was a fire hazzard. When they worked on the roof, they left shingles and nails all over my patio. They caulked or painted random white spots all over the… tan wood and then left it like that for months, it very well could still be like that. They will not acknowledge your deposit and will charge you even more. I am being charged for a lightbulb if that tells y'all anything. This place is a joke
