I took a very expensive tourmaline ring in to have the stone setting slightly tightened. After I picked it up, I realized the oval stone had been set sideways. I took it to a different jeweler and he said that the guy had broken the five carat gem,glued it and reset it the wrong way so the glue wouldn't show and,of course, never said anything. I paid dearly for my haste, but what he did was illegal, immoral and totally unethical. Don't EVER go near this store!!!

My mother-in-law gave me some jewelry, but I knew very little about them. My friends recommended me to have them checked by trustworthy jewelers. I chose Bellagio because he has very good reviews. Mr. Zamlout is a wonderful person- he is friendly, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions about the jewelry. I highly recommend him.

I was referred her by my mother who had her wedding rings upgraded and reset here and the work was incredible. I brought in a necklace and a bracelet to be repaired and was told it could be ready today or I could be up first thing tomorrow. Friendly, fast, quality service. What more could you ask for?

We have found a new "go to" in town. We weren't looking to make any large jewelry purchase. We had a small inherited diamond pendant that had been in the family for a few generations and we wanted to know a little about its history and value. We went in early on a Saturday and met Majed. He was very welcoming and very informative about the piece. We spent 10 or 15 minutes talking, and decided to get a formal appraisal for our records. I randomly walked in to get a watch battery changed. I love the Tiffany's Elsa Peretti collection diamonds by the yard. I asked the jeweler if he could make them for me with really good diamonds. I took a risk not knowing this gemologist. I was SO happy with the result.
The price was a fraction of Tiffany's plus bigger diamonds. Pleasant to deal with. I recommend.
