Raw sewage backing up into my shower and bathtub. Toilets overflowed 3 times. Plumber was here 3 times but couldn't understand english very well. Raw sewage in the front and back yard. I've only been here less than a month and the management company, Aim, doesn't treat this like it is urgent. I have had to drive to the local gas station a couple times to use the restroom. Now, when I call, it goes straight to voicemail. Repair requests have to be sent via email. Wish I had looked into the company. Save yourself a year of anguish and find a different management company.

I should have known that rushing into a place was bringing a recipe for disaster. There was writing on the walls that they were too lazy to cover up. Every door has drawings on it from children that have lived here before me that never were painted. They stated they hired a cleaning crew but we ended up doing it ourselves bc the house was so dirty upon arrival. My ceiling fell in during one of the storms and I noticed that there was water damage I didnt notice indicating a prior leak. The patch job they did on the ceiling looks horrible but I guess I dont need it to look good since im renting right

There was a lady who worked with me that was the awesomest. She did everything should could to make things happen for my daughter. Her name was Barbara and if I could steal this lady to work for me I would. She turned me down on the offer and I’m thinking she loves what she does. That shows in her treatment of my daughter.
